Statement:
It’s time to restore trust and defend freedom. You need a U.S. Senator you can trust to tune out the political noise and do the right thing for Arizona – no matter what comes. Mark Brnovich’s (burn-uh-vich) life has been defined by the fight for freedom. He is the son of immigrants who fled communism in the former Yugoslavia. They came to America – and Arizona – for a reason. Brnovich began his career as a prosecutor and served as a JAG officer in the Army National Guard. When Arizonans lost trust in their Attorney General, he ran and restored trust in the office. Every day, he fights for Arizonans against dangerous border policies, tax mandates, fraud, government overreach, burdensome regulations, and assaults on our freedoms. It’s time to take that same fight to Washington D.C. Arizona faces challenges, but with the right leadership our best days are ahead. Brnovich looks forward to earning your vote and fighting for you. He and his wife Susan live with their two daughters in the same Phoenix neighborhood where he grew up.

As a military veteran and successful job-creating businessman, Jim’s plan for America is simple: Put America First, Secure the Border, and Streamline Federal Government. Jim will support balanced budgets, term limits, and spending reforms. Jim is actively involved in Arizona politics, supporting Republican candidates for public office and, most recently, committing $2 million to the Look Ahead Arizona and AZ51 Voter Projects which seek to expand voting opportunities by registering tens of thousands of new conservative voters in Arizona ahead of the 2022 midterms.

Major General Michael T. McGuire (Ret). has dedicated 38 years of his life to serving our country. From navigating aerial combat over Iraq to commanding the largest mobilization of the Arizona National Guard since 1942, he has a proven track record of leading teams through challenging situations. From 2013–2021, General McGuire served as the commanding General of the Arizona National Guard, reporting to the Governor as the senior military officer in Arizona. Simultaneously, General McGuire served as the Director of the State of Arizona’s Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA), overseeing emergency response efforts across Arizona. In his role, McGuire supervised training for 8,300 National Guard personnel, certifying the readiness of all deployments of Arizona soldiers and airmen into combat zones. General McGuire is an F-16 Fighter Weapons School Graduate and command pilot with more than 4,000 flying hours, including 250 combat/ combat-support flying hours. Statement:
First elected to the House of Representatives in 2010 on a platform of smaller government, lower taxes, and more freedom, Olson exemplifies what it means to be a citizen legislator. Unlike the career politicians who often become out-of-touch with needs and concerns of their constituents, Olson has always held full-time employment in the private sector while serving his constituents as a lawmaker. Working in a demanding career as a tax analyst has kept Olson grounded in the day-to-day realities of earning a paycheck, putting food on the table and working within the laws that misguided politicians too often create. This perspective has led Olson to successfully advocate legislation to decrease the burden that government places on families, small businesses and individuals. Olson’s commitment to conservative principles has led nearly every conservative organization in Arizona to rate him as one of the very best of the state’s legislators. Those recognitions include “Champion of the Taxpayer” by American’s for Prosperity, an “A” rating by the National Rifle Association, and a “Champion of Small Business” by the National Federation of Independent Business. Justin is a lifelong resident of Mesa where he and his wife, Karyn, are currently raising their children.

I have worked in our community my entire life. I was born in Arizona, raised by a single mother who taught me the importance of serving my neighbors first. Civically, I lead the Booker T. Washington Child Development Center, Arizona’s longest-running Head Start school. We serve hundreds of underprivileged children and families annually with early childhood education. Professionally, I am a business executive that helps governments, non-profits, and companies solve problems, like root causes of homelessness and expanding COVID vaccine availability. I got my opportunity, but now, Washington isn’t doing enough to help Arizonans get theirs. I am running for Congress to change that. In Congress, I will be a champion for the issues Arizonans care about. I will push Arizona to lead on 21st-century climate solutions, protect our voting rights and democracy, grow our economy from the middle-out, will ensure every Arizonan receives healthcare, fully fund our schools, and fix corruption in our government. We have a tremendous opportunity to lead on market-based, pro-climate policies, and to transform our economy. We must continue to grow our economy and lead in innovation. When I am in Congress, you can trust I will be laser-focused on your family and wellbeing.

Adam Metzendorf is the former Director of Membership Experience for the Phoenix Suns, where he built a values-driven culture that retained staff and engaged fans across the political divide. A proud Arizonan, Adam is running for Congress to bring people together through our shared values and create opportunity for Arizona's families. Adam graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and built a career in professional sports management. As Director of Membership Experience for the Suns, Adam managed a dedicated team, and interacted with the community daily. The Suns practice what they preach when it comes to family and support, and he has never been prouder to work for an organization. Adam has seen firsthand how the Valley withstood the pandemic and how inspiring it is when Arizonans pull together and work towards common solutions. Our current Congressman is out of step with our community, and is more concerned with lining his own pockets than creating economic opportunity for Arizonans. Adam will put people first, create a culture that drives Arizona forward, and hold those who get in the way accountable.

The House of Representatives controls the purse, and I’ll seek every opportunity to ensure there is substantial investment in the needs of our state. I have a track record of working with Republicans and Democrats on key issues facing our communities. I’m all about building coalitions, not burning bridges. Many arduous discussions evolved and Delina learned a lot in regards to the federal issues facing our nation and how to bring everyone to the table, find common ground and having a moderate voice to listen and discuss very difficult issues. She has seen the struggles people face with healthcare, ACA, preexisting conditions, Trump's tax cuts, action against women's rights and more. She will be your strong voice.

Why is Mark running for U.S. Congress? Because “America is Worth Saving.” A model of the American Dream, Mark learned his work ethic from his father, a factory worker. Mark worked long hours to pay his own way through college, becoming the first in his family to earn a college degree. America gave Mark boundless opportunities, and Mark’s family has given back to America. His grandparents legally immigrated to America from Europe with a dream and drive to make a better life for their families. His father was a Veteran of World War II who bravely fought at the Battle of Iwo Jima. Inspired by the 9-11 attack on our country, his two sons, Scott and Steven, left their careers at CPA firms to fight on the front lines of Afghanistan. Scott learned that his brother Steve was killed in action as he fought just miles away in the rugged mountains of Afghanistan. As a Gold Star Father and a candidate for Congress, Mark will continue his sons’ fight for our freedoms.

Steven Krystofiak is a Camp Verde local, conservative farmer and small business owner with deep Christian roots. He’s NOT a politician looking for his next job while hiring DC consultants to tell you what you want to hear. Steven is running on a very simple and strong philosophy of getting back to basics. Steven will never loose sight that the federal government’s #1 job is public safety. That means a strong military, a secure border and it means fully funded fire protection on federal lands here in Arizona. Last summer Steven witnessed the devastating effects the Backbone Fire had on his neighbors. Our community was being evacuated while our tax dollars were being spent on experimental and liberal political projects in DC causing higher inflation. Yet border security and federal firefighters are underfunded. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! Steven’s key issues; To ensure everyone’s guaranteed right under the 2nd Amendment is always protected. To vote no on liberal policies that add to inflation. Focus our tax dollars on fixing the holes at our nation’s southern border and fully funding our federal firefighters. Vote for a local farmer. Vote Krystofiak For Congress.

Arizonans are sick and tired of being taken advantage of. I'm John W. Moore, Mayor of Williams, Arizona and I have dedicated my life to public service. I love our state and over the 35 years my family has been here I've worked at every level in our community. From patrolling our neighborhoods, to working with community and business leaders; to keep The American Dream alive. Unfortunately, Washington elites like our President and current Representative Tom O'Halleran are working against the values that made our dream possible in the first place. Values like self-determination and hard work are under attack and we need to do our parts to ensure the American prosperity we have all relied on doesn't end on our watch. I have dedicated my life to public service first as a police officer, working my way to Chief and finally moving on to City Council and Mayor. Now I ask for your support in my race for Arizona's 2nd US Congressional seat. As a former police chief and the Mayor of Williams, I've found the best way to bring a community together is to listen to those I represent.

Statement:
Over the past five years, I’ve worked to secure concrete change for rural and tribal Arizona families—funds to clean up abandoned uranium mines in Indian Country, a new veterans nursing home in northern Arizona, COVID relief programs for small businesses fighting to stay open, funding for much-needed forest health programs and forest fire mitigation, and billions in new investments for rural Arizona roads, bridges, broadband expansion, water systems, electric grids, and more, in the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Even though our district is changing, the heart of rural Arizona remains intact in Arizona's new Second Congressional District. The families that live in our district are unique in their backgrounds, careers, creeds, and their political beliefs, but they are united by the maverick spirit of our wild, western lands. Know that it has been my greatest honor to represent you, your family, and our rural communities in Congress. If elected to serve another term, I will continue to build upon the bipartisan work I've done to lower the costs of healthcare and prescription drugs, honor our veterans, invest in our infrastructure, protect the sovereignty of tribal communities, and stand up to attacks on our very democracy.

Statement:
I've reached a point in my life, looking upon my children and my first grandchild, that I'm truly saddened by how far we've decline as a nation, and mourn the country I'll be leaving to the next generations of my family. It has been said that when good men go into hiding evil will reign, and that is never more prevalent today than in days past. Make no mistake, this is a war where the prize is the soul of our country, our children, and ourselves, and it's time we rise up and defeat the enemy of our country and our way of life. The social / fiduciary contract between the American people and our government has been broken for too long by the very people we've elected to represent the best interests of ourselves and our children. We lived up to our part of the contract; worked hard, paid our taxes, raised God fearing and law abiding children to further the mantle of freedom. Yet while we kept our noses to the grind stone we have been betrayed, sold out to the radical special interests, to communist countries, and worthless politicians. I will fight unto my last breath.

That is the same sensibility I want to bring to Washington as your Congresswoman. I demonstrated experience and know how to achieve results.

I served 28 years in the Air Force defending against Communism and Socialism. I cannot sit on the sideline while Marxism invades our country and top US officials openly embrace those destructive views. I began as a Minuteman Missile Launch Officer. I speak Spanish fluently and continued combating Communism by teaching counter-insurgency courses to Latin American officers at the Command and General Staff Course at Fort Benning, Georgia. I’ve spent significant time in Latin America. I’ll bring to this position a profound love for our country and the constitutional government that has brought us individual freedom and our position of strength in the world. No country even begins to compare to the United States of America! I firmly believe in the rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. I believe in personal property ownership, a secure border, strong national defense, and limited government. I stand for Faith, Family and Freedom. Daniel Hernandez is a native Arizonan, a former school board member, and a state representative in the Arizona State Legislature. The son of a Mexican immigrant mother, Hernandez is a first-generation college graduate, having attended the University of Arizona. Hernandez was the first to administer first aid to the congresswoman before the EMTs arrived and was called a national hero by President Obama.   Inspired by Congresswoman Giffords’s commitment to public service, Hernandez went on to advocate for access to sexual and reproductive health care and education as program manager for Raíz, the Arizona-based Latino outreach program for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. He was also elected to his local school board, becoming the youngest school board president in the district’s history.   Hernandez represents the 2nd District in the Arizona House of Representatives and is a co-founder of the House LGBTQ caucus. He has worked with both Republicans and Democrats to pass bills protecting survivors of sexual assault and secure $20 million in funding for school resource officers, counselors, and social workers.

I am running for office because I struggle with a felony conviction. I plead guilty to felony charges because I committed crimes I learned by watching congress. Even though many other people committed the same crime, I am a republican and I took responsibility for my mistakes. A federal judge lied to me and told me I would never have the right to vote again. Then I found my voice and I am hoping my journey will inspire the millions of real and legal american citizens who struggle with a felony conviction to find their voice and realize their voice matters too. I am preserving, protecting, and defending the constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, not because it is a job I am elected to do, because it is what I was born to do. Republican energy independence or Democrat flatulence, the choice is yours. End Crimmigration, Mass Deportation. The law matters and the Constitution is the law of the land. Even though I struggle to keep my head above water in the cesspool, not swamp, that is Arizona politics. The Lord is my lifeguard, I shall not drown.

Three years ago I became a business owner. It was not easy but it was possible to achieve our American Dream, with my wife Karen and my daughter Belen we learned about sacrifices, hard work, innovation and discipline. Statement:
Marco Lopez is running for governor because he believes in the Promise of Arizona – the promise that if you work hard and treat people with respect then you can make it here. It’s this idea that led Marco’s parents to immigrate to Arizona from Mexico nearly fifty years ago. They didn’t start out with much, but they dreamed that Marco and his sisters could do better than they did. That’s just what happened – Marco was part of the first generation in his family to go to college, became one of the youngest mayors in the country at age 22, served Governor Napolitano as Director of Commerce, and then served President Obama at the Department of Homeland Security. Next, Marco started his own small business which has brought high speed internet to 1 million low income families and is on track to create 15,000 jobs in Arizona. Marco is running for governor because he believes the Promise of Arizona is still possible, but for too many people today it’s out of reach. Marco has the leadership experience in the private and public sector to make that promise of opportunity that brought his parents to Arizona a reality for everyone.

Barry Hess is the Governor Arizona needs to take us forward, and out of the rut we've been in since Napolitano's reign. He is the only real, principle-driven libertarian candidate. He is above party politics and instead chooses to run on the principles he will apply in office. This is the 5th time that Mr. Hess has offered his gifts to serve the People of Arizona. He knows the players, and how things really work behind closed doors in our State. Barry has earned the respect of all parties and politicians in Arizona by making clear statements, and being the only candidate in the running to have never 'flip-flopped' on an issue. He believes that the State's sole purpose is to protect the rights and property of all of Arizona's citizens equally, and is committed to drastically cutting the budget; getting the State out of matters where it has no constitutional authority; solving the 'immigration' debate; holding the State accountable for damages from overreach; stabilizing Arizona's economy; completely de-criminalizing marijuana; and is dedicated to eliminating ALL direct taxation (i.e. personal income and property taxes) and filing requirements for ALL Arizonans.

Actions speak louder than hollow rhetoric. As a legislator, I have championed election integrity. As Secretary of State, I will remove the toxic partisanship that has eroded public confidence in our elections. The Secretary of State also handles business registrations. I will continue to advance the Business One-Stop portal to reduce regulatory burdens on our small businesses. My legislative record of low and flat taxes, consumer protection, and fighting child trafficking have earned me a perfect score from the Arizona Free Enterprise Club and recognition as a Champion of Liberty from the Republican Liberty Caucus. As Chairman of Ways and Means, I ran an efficient ship, killing any bills calling for a tax increase. By responding to constituent needs and concerns, I was re-elected in a purple legislative district in 2020. As your next Secretary of State, I will never back down from what is right. Rest assured, Arizonans know that I will work for the people and so will our staff. I will continue to advocate for common-sense election integrity measures to restore faith in our elections. This is what I intend to do for this office. Please visit www.BolickforArizona.com I humbly ask for your support.

Our democracy is facing a crisis. Too many voters in both parties have lost faith in our electoral process. Accusations of fraud, sloppy record keeping, and questionable security practices have led to an erosion of trust in the most sacred aspect of our democratic institutions. It was career politicians who have gotten us into this mess. And it will take an executive, a leader, a businessman and someone who has never held elected office to get us out of it. My name is Beau Lane. I am a native Arizonan, a husband, a dad to four great kids, and I’ve never been more worried for our state. With some Arizonans losing confidence in our elections, we need an immediate change in course. Regrettably, the people charged with administering our elections seem more interested in running for their next political position than doing the job they were hired to do. I’m not a politician. I’m a business owner/operator, I’m a community leader, and I am committed to restoring faith and trust in our electoral systems and operating the Secretary of State’s office with professional business practices. I am asking for your vote because our Democracy is worth fighting for.

Border security is national security. That’s why I’m running to be the next Attorney General for the State of Arizona. Drugs coming across the border are destroying lives. Fentanyl has become the leading cause of death for young Americans. More than two million people were caught crossing the border illegally last year, and unfortunately, many who cross illegally pose a very real threat to our personal safety and national security. I was the Border Security Section Chief for the United States Attorney’s Office under the Trump Administration. I led a team of people who worked every day to enforce our nation’s border laws. I personally prosecuted coyotes, gang members, cartels, and terrorists. I know what needs to be done to put an end to the border crisis. With violent crime on the rise, Arizona needs a leader in the Attorney General’s Office who will fearlessly fight criminals and passionately defend law enforcement. I have spent the last 15 years as a state and federal prosecutor protecting the rights and safety of all Arizonans, and that’s exactly what I will do as your next Attorney General. I have the right experience to tackle the most urgent issues facing our state today.

I’m running for Attorney General because when I got back from my deployment, I no longer recognized our country. I witnessed Arizonans surrender their freedoms in the name of security, while the political class blatantly violated their own decrees. We watched as churches, schools, and small businesses were shut down while big-box stores remained open. They demonize our police while idolizing criminals. When do we say enough is enough? I say NOW. As Attorney General, I will prosecute criminals who terrorize our cities. I will ensure our elections are free, fair, and without fraud. I will go after the cartels that are importing drugs into our communities, treating them as the terrorists they are. I will safeguard our God-given freedoms. Before the decision to invest was made I presented to the Board of Directs several options of investments that assured to the highest degree safety and liquidity of the investor’s money. The one constancies that ran through my career was the need for accurate information and the integrity of the decision maker when using the information. Those skill developed focus on facts and elimination of bias and special interests which I believe are essential for good government. The pillars of a quality education have been demolished in the state of Arizona. Instead of promoting academic achievement, educators are indoctrinating students in critical race theory and other radical propaganda. This results in student laziness and failure to master skills necessary for a successful life. My first priority is to get CRT out of our schools and to bring back the emphasis on academics. I want to bring strong conservative values back to our schools. I will promote real learning and fight for English immersion instead of bilingual. I intend to fight back against all types of brainwashing of our children. Moreover, under my leadership, our schools will stay open and not shut down to appease special interests. I’m the only candidate with the experience, knowledge, and integrity to do this job effectively. When I served as school board president and later as Arizona Superintendent, my team and I made undeniable progress: higher SAT scores and students better prepared for higher learning instruction. I put a stop to ethnic studies, which had CRT in its curriculum. But since I left office it has come back. I put a stop to it once and I will do it again.

For five years, in front of the commission, I have been fighting empty promises, discrimination, neglect from the Corporation Commission staff, irresponsible rate setting, corruption, and refusal of service from a utility. It became painfully clear that for decades Arizonans have dealt with a Corporation Commission that has neglected the people. Corporations have essentially had free rein. Arizonans need someone with a proven track record, who is willing to stand up for them now, and in the future. Someone who will look out for their best interests proactively instead of reactively. Many Arizona utility customers, just like you, end up paying more than they should, having disconnection issues, and sometimes are even the victims of abusive practices by utilities. All of these are problems that I can, have, and are continuing to address. For five years I have been a customer, just like you, that has dealt with unfair and unjust utility issues. All things that I will continue address as a Commissioner. It’s time to start focusing on the issues that really matter for Arizona’s future. Let’s stop this trend and elect someone with the recent experience needed to serve you, the people of Arizona.

But I have a lifetime record you can rely on: as a Navy combat pilot in Vietnam, a Customs Service Special Agent working in Central/South America fighting drug traffickers, a tanker pilot fighting forest fires, and as your State Representative. I helped end Prescott’s decade-long epidemic of poorly run sober living homes. I secured funds to improve I-17 and the Prescott airport terminal. I did this while winning awards from pro-taxpayer and pro-family groups for my 100% pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, pro-Constitution, pro-taxpayer record. I retired from office, but my wife and I agreed I should answer the call to serve one more time because every day we wake up and barely recognize our country. Our government -- in the name of public health -- is stripping away our Constitutional rights. Socialism is marching against us. Inflation is out of control. That’s why we need proven conservatives to fight for liberty, our Constitution, secure elections, real border security (wall!), school choice, and an end to CRT and other left-wing programs. I ask for your vote!

I am running for AZ Senate LD 1 with the Clean Slate for Democracy to take corruption out of politics. I want to strengthen traditional public schools and voter rights, the bedrock institutions of our democratic republic. The three-decade defunding of Arizona’s public schools, which has placed us last in the US, must be reversed to achieve the following: • A comprehensive solution for P-20 education, including increasing access and affordability of PreK and higher education. • More resources going to schools to serve the students most in need (poverty/opportunity weight). • Funding that solves our next fiscal challenges when federal COVID relief funds dry up in 2024 or the Prop 123 triggers activate. • A long-term fix for the Aggregate Expenditure Limit. • A significant investment in special education. • Funding for full day kindergarten • Raising teacher pay to a competitive level. Efforts to place election outcomes in the hands of partisan groups must be stopped. Let’s empower voters so voting is easy and secure. We need to retain early voting. To create an economy that works for all of us, Arizona needs a fair tax structure to prevent structural deficits and balance the tax burden equitably. CleanSlateAZLD1.com

What an amazing state we live in! Breathtaking beauty, affordability and economic growth are all reasons why I choose to live in Arizona with my wife and three boys. I’m a pro-life pro-freedom conservative that will stand up for limited government, individual liberties and pro-growth policies. I love this state and I know this district well. I grew up here! I attended public schools in PVUSD from Kindergarten to Senior year, GO HUSKIES! We must demand high quality, high performing schools and ensure every parent can choose the best school for their child. It's important to always place parents and students at the front of all we do in education. In addition to education I also value service. I served eight years as an Army Officer, leading a team of Soldiers in Afghanistan as a Captain in 2008. My professional experience consists of management in retail, healthcare, non-profit and government sectors. All of those experiences culminated in me running my own business, a local junk hauling and recycling company. Above all I want to protect and grow this great state. If re-elected I will keep a mentality of servant leadership at the heart of everything I do.

Jeanne Casteen is a parent, educator, and former school board president. As a middle school and high school teacher, Jeanne has seen firsthand how policies at the state level have created a two-tier education system that hurt entire communities. She knew she could do more for her students from the board room, and in 2012 joined her local school board. She served for eight years, and was president for four years. In 2020, Jeanne was the democratic nominee for Maricopa County School Superintendent, and came within .6% of winning. She now heads a nonprofit advocacy organization that focuses on discriminatory legislation coming from the Arizona legislature. She has two adult children who were born and raised in Arizona, and Jeanne is running for state senate so that they and their children will have access to an excellent public education, and have access to fair wages and affordable housing.

Core Campaign Goals 1. Schools. I would like to increase funding for schools. 51.7% of voters cast their ballots in favor of Proposition 208. However- it was determined that this would result in schools receiving "too much money." The measure was struck down- despite having the support of the people. 2. Water. I will work to determine the best solutions for the current water crisis, which will only worsen as the population in Arizona grows. 3. Budget. I will work to ensure that the senate stops misusing funds for political grandstanding and tax giveaways for the rich. 4. Healthcare Workers. Healthcare workers are currently subject to an alarming rise in verbal aggression and physical violence. I support increased penalties for those who assault healthcare workers.

Statement:
I am privileged to be in the United States of America! I have benefitted greatly from our liberties, freedoms and the spirit of the American people. Our first home was a small, on a gravel road, with no indoor bathroom and only cold water to the kitchen sink. We were poor, but through guidance of parents, family and follow citizens—coupled with personal hard-work, opportunities for education, and the grace of God, I was able to make a better life. I am concerned that the opportunities that I had are becoming out of reach for many today--as families find it harder to earn enough money to pay bills and build for their future. The American people are great, but sometime our leaders are not so wise. An example, President Joe Biden's policies lead to doubling the cost of gas/diesel, which has raised the cost of everything. Americans deserve better. Because of the blessing afforded to me, I am running. IF you want a choice, on August 2nd, Write-In my name for the State Senate – or else the Democrats primary voters will determine your candidate in the November election.

For the past eleven years I have represented LD 24 in the Arizona Legislature, eight years in the House and currently in my fourth year in the Senate. It would be my honor to continue to serve as the Arizona State Senator for LD 5. Throughout my career as a lawmaker, I have championed our public schools and universities, advocated on behalf of our most vulnerable communities, and worked to find common ground with my colleagues and pragmatic solutions to the challenges confronting our state. Accessible and affordable public education that prepares Arizona's young people for 21st Century careers, improving the lives of children and families, working in support of housing for the homeless and low-income families, and defending the civil rights of all of Arizona's citizens will continue to be my priorities, should I be re-elected to represent LD 5 in the Arizona State Senate. A native Arizonan and the proud product of our public school system, from kindergarten to graduate school, I believe in the potential of our young people and Arizona, which is why I will continue working for the people of our great state as your LD 5 State Senator.

I am pursuing the office of Arizona State Senator for Arizona Legislative District 5; I want to share my knowledge to solve problems with fellow residents of Arizona and District 5. I’m a native Phoenician, educated in Phoenix public schools and graduated from Maryvale High School. I have a Masters degree in Management Science with an emphasis in Health Service Administration. I’m a former United States Army officer and service-disabled veteran. The National Education Association’s Estimates of School Statistics for year 2021 states that for the period 2019-2020, the salary of Arizona instructors rank number 48 of 51. These failing performance metrics deter businesses from relocating to our state. If Arizona wants to attract businesses to relocate to Arizona, we need to provide a more educated workforce with educational systems in place for their families. Relying largely on the steady climate has its limitations. I believe I can be most effective in the Arizona State Senate. I have a strong voice regarding the need to have an educated workforce to attract more higher paying employers to the State. Issues exist – I will fight to solve with innovative ideas.

I will do my best to return Arizona to it's people, by eliminating all unnecessary regulations and restrictions that impede the rights and abilities for people to prosper for themselves. I believe the Government has taken so much from the people that they have trouble simply surviving, instead of improving. I believe in Personal Property rights and our sovereignty and will defend them to the utmost. Our School system is completely out of control. Massive spending and moving further and further away. Our kids need to learn necessary life skills rather than simply learning how to pass tests. Another big issue lately is Immigration. It's a misconception that Libertarians want unsecured borders. My thought on this is that we appreciate legal immigration. It is what built our great Country. The problem is the crimes committed when illegal immigration is permitted, Fraud, Smuggling, Etc... I understand this is a small percentage of illegal immigrants, but it is also true that there is a small percentage of USA citizens that are criminals, but we still enforce the law. This needs to apply to everyone. Finally, I just want to say, if you want your freedoms back and your rights respected, Vote Libertarian.

I helped lead the effort to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment, I’ve won the Friend of the Family and Hero of the Taxpayer awards, fought to block ObamaCare, and opposed Common Core in favor of high education standards that come from Arizona parents and teachers. I want a smaller and more responsive government, greater liberty, a fiscally responsible state, a strong economy, respect for the rule of law, and stronger families. Kyle's passion is in working with young people and increasing their political power. Arizona has seen drastic cuts to public education funding, and Kyle has seen the suffering of students, their families, faculty, and staff as a result. Kyle wants to see our public schools funded by 100% public funds. Kyle wants to see a thriving Arizona with jobs that have benefits (paid sick leave, parental leave, retirement savings, etc.). Most importantly, Kyle wants to see a State Legislature that works for ALL Arizonians, not just wealthy donors.

Our country was stolen during the 2020 election by enemies both inside and outside of our country. Any one that knowingly participated in this effort should be tried for treason. The State legislatures have the constitutional authority over electors and elections. All other issues will line up if we get this right. For ten years as your public servant elected to the Arizona Legislature, I have fought to restore integrity and accountability in government. Having grown up in poverty with a single mother, I know that individual success is built on a shared investment in public education, infrastructure, health, economic stability, housing, and safety. Now as a new father, I know firsthand how important it is that we end the political and economic inequalities that punish many Arizonans by denying opportunities to better the future of their children. I received my associate's from Phoenix College, bachelor's from ASU, and am pursuing a Master's in Public Administration. Previously, I managed AZ Community Voice Mail, a nonprofit where I connected thousands living in poverty, transition, and homelessness to jobs, housing, information, and hope. I also served on the Tempe Community Council. I recently was a substitute teacher for Tempe & Mesa high schools and co-instructor at Phoenix College. The number one barrier to progress for all at the Capitol is the influence of big money in elections. Money shouldn’t determine how legislators vote. I am running for re-election as a part of your publicly-funded Clean Elections Team with support from voters like you.

We need better funding for education, more affordable housing options, high quality jobs, and sustainable water solutions. As your current House Representative and a computer systems analyst, I am a problem-solver with a successful track record. In 2021, I led a statewide team to develop and pass bipartisan solutions for Arizona’s Unemployment Insurance system. The results are better benefits for workers and lower tax rates for employers. As a former school board member, I am known for listening to parents, teachers, and students, and I speak up at the Capitol for the support our schools need in order to offer an excellent education and keep qualified educators. As a small business owner, I know first-hand that public policies must provide a supportive environment for your business to compete and grow. I push for fiscal responsibility and government integrity: our tax dollars belong in our pockets and in the programs that help our community, not in the pockets of cronies and special interests. Practical solutions are possible without raising taxes, if we work together. In the AZ Senate, I will continue listening, collaborating and leading to build on Arizona’s strengths.

As your legislator I’ve written laws that helped create jobs, supported our small businesses by cutting bureaucratic red tape, protected health coverage for Arizonans with preexisting conditions, directed more money into our kids’ classrooms, created the Teacher Academy at our universities, helped employees get wages rightfully owed, protected survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, confronted the opioid epidemic, shielded seniors from financial exploitation, promoted veteran-friendly college campuses, and increased savings for the state’s rainy-day fund (proving crucial during this pandemic). For these accomplishments I’ve won Guardian of Small Business, Champion of the Taxpayer, Friend of the Family, Open Government Leader awards and more. I even had the honor of being elected Arizona Speaker of the House, where I crafted fiscally responsible budgets and personally sponsored the largest education investment in state history, dramatically boosting teacher pay 20%. Today's historic health and economic challenges require someone with the right experience and a track record of success to navigate. That’s why I need your vote. Let me continue using my diverse background, which includes husband (to a registered nurse), father, professor and small business owner, with master's degrees in business and public administration, to keep delivering results for you.

I’m a mother of 3 and a g-mother of 2, having lived in AZ 29 out of the last 34 years. I have boots-on-the-ground experience in the 2 most pressing arenas: education and elections. Public schools need adequate funding and charter schools should have the same transparency accountability as public schools. Most of my education career was spent in middle schools as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. After retiring , I became engaged in the foundations of democracy. I became a volunteer Deputy Registrar with the Maricopa County Elections and have worked every election since 2017. I’m active with Save Our Schools and the League of Women Voters. My favorite activity is attending Naturalization ceremonies and seeing people from all around the world achieve their dream of becoming American citizens. I believe Arizonans deserve privacy in their healthcare decisions, without government interference. Like most Arizonans, I'm also interested in seeking viable solutions to sustainable clean water availability.

I have been a resident in Arizona for more than 45 years. I love this state and I want to give something back. We need responsive committed leadership in our legislature from real citizens who believe in the greatness of our state. My background includes almost 30 years as an Arizona Realtor. I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Association of Realtors and I am working to help and contribute to the betterment of our industry. My education includes college degrees in Communication and Law Enforcement. I have had various jobs related to my education including service in the military. I have raised some amazing children here in our great state. My youngest child is in high school now. I want to do my part to make Arizona as good as it can be for them and my grandchildren. I want to improve education & health care, preserve our voting rights, and properly care for the mentally ill. Furthermore, I want to help eliminate systemic racism, sexism, ageism, and LGBTQ discrimination and ensure equal treatment for all our citizens.

As the 2021 National Legislator of the Year, a 100% rated constitutional conservative legislator, a champion of the family and taxpayers, an A+ defender of the Second Amendment, and fierce advocate for the freedom, opportunity, and prosperity that exists in Arizona, you can have confidence that I'll always fight for you. At the Capitol I have been hard at work to secure our elections, authoring legislation to ban the private funding of elections, prohibit the mass mailing of ballots to voters who didn’t request it, and require proof of citizenship to vote. I’ve fought to protect children by prohibiting sexually explicit material from being used in our schools. I’ve stood up against the tyranny of COVID by protecting small businesses from rogue government agencies, and this year, banning any Arizona government from requiring a COVID vaccine. I’m proud to be running as a team with two incredible conservative Republicans, Jacqueline Parker and Neal Carter. I ask that you support all three of us. You get ONE vote for Senate and TWO votes for House. If you want a conservative team that works together to get great things done, please vote for HOFFMAN, PARKER, and CARTER for Legislature!

I am running as a write-in candidate in the Democratic primary for the AZ Senate. I had no notion of running for office assuming LD 15 would have a full slate of candidates in the primary- a senator and two reps. Finding we had none, I decided to run a Senate campaign offering an alternative to Jake Hoffman, our current and morally bankrupt senator. As Thomas Jefferson said, " The whole art of government consists in the art of being honest." It is time to take that stance by electing a citizen legislator instead of a corrupt politician. I am a lifelong Democrat who has assisted in campaigns, but never ran for office. I am a huge proponent of strong public schools, state community colleges and state universities. I fully support women's right to choose what happens to their bodies and their futures. This difficult choice is theirs, not a state legislature. Gun violence can be reduced with common sense legislation. Water conservation in the desert is a must. AZ groundwater needs to be much better understood, so development can be properly planned. Thank you for your support.

Mike Nickerson Democratic Candidate for Arizona State Senate Legislative District 17 I’m running for State Senate to defend the most basic right of all Arizonans--the right to vote and to have that vote counted honestly. Our present senate has wasted time and money on ‘audits’ and passing highly partisan bills imported from other states...bills that are intended to divide us and divert our attention from issues that matter. I believe in meeting our challenges head-on. In addition to fair voting rights, I will fight for excellent public schools; quality health care for all Arizonans; and for women and their doctors to decide on appropriate medical procedures, not legislators. I will fight to protect our children by pushing for the passage of sensible gun safety laws. I won’t allow special interest groups to keep us stuck in the past when it comes to negotiating a workable water plan that protects Arizona’s future, and takes advantage of the unique economic benefits to generate solar power. I am running as a Clean Candidate so no one has given me more than $180 to fund my campaign. My only obligation is to the people of Arizona.

Why am I running for office? After working 33 years for the Department of Defense, I knew in my retirement that I could not stand by and watch my great state and country continue down the path it was heading. Gas prices continue to rise; inflation is higher than it’s been in years; our freedoms and liberties are being challenged; people are not respecting police, first responders, or our military; our border is not being enforced; and common respect and courtesy is fading. Families are being torn about by political division that is fueled by the mainstream media. I helped to raise my three kids in Arizona, and all graduated from Arizona schools. I am a certified substitute teacher in Arizona and have worked in Amphi and Marana schools. It’s time Arizona leads the nation in restoring respect, responsibility, and common decency back into Arizona and our lives. I’m running to make a positive difference!

I’m proud to be your State Senator, and I never forget why I ran for office, or who I work for. I’ve worked to put an end to the liberal establishment running our state, and to make sure rural Arizona has a strong voice to stand up to the Maricopa County majorities that dominate our State Legislature. I’ve been named Champion of the Taxpayer, Friend of the Family, earned an A+ from the NRA, turned our state’s budget deficit into a surplus, and helped turn Arizona into the #1 pro-life state, #1 pro-2nd Amendment state, and #1 pro-school choice state in the country, all while cutting regulations and growing jobs! Your values are my values! I’ve served as Speaker of the House, giving Southern and rural Arizona real influence, and today, as the Senate Appropriations Chairman, that influence continues. My mission is the same – to give you, our district, and Arizona, my very best! I continue to fight for election integrity, secure borders, high-paying jobs, quality schools and school choice, taking care of our police and veterans, and more. I ask for your vote and thank you for the trust you've shown in me through the years. God bless!

I am Senator Sally Ann Gonzales. It's been an honor to serve my LD3 constituents for the past 10 years. My mission has been to advocate and protect our most vulnerable citizens; our children and elders. Now more than ever will this be most crucial, as our country and state go through these uncertain times and then start the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. I will continue to work to provide a safety-net for all our citizens impacted by Covid-19, in areas of health, employment loss and the disruption of our children’s education. Fulling funding our public schools while improving the working conditions for our dedicated teachers is a must. I am also committed to expanding vocational opportunities and upgrading our workforce by funding and supporting programs like JTED. It is essential that our three universities/community colleges be recognized, treated and funded as engines of economic development in Arizona. In closing, clean air and water are essential to the well-being of our citizenry therefore, Arizona must have strong laws to ensure the protection and improvement of our environment. To further my work on these causes, I humbly ask for your continued support on August 4, 2020.

Challenges like the need for school transparency and school choice giving parents the knowledge and resources to educate their children as they choose. The challenge of keeping families safe as drugs flood our streets and are a direct threat to Arizona families and are responsible for the tragic death of thousands of Arizonans. I support fully funding law and border enforcement to protect Arizonans from surging crime. I support funding treatment centers enabling the addicted to return as productive members of society. To meet the challenge of providing for a family I support eliminating the state income tax providing more money for Arizonans to raise their families and keeping Arizona competitive to attract the best and brightest to relocate to Arizona. I am not a politician! I am a Patriot. I retired after 30 years in law enforcement and another 10 years as a roofer. I feel it is my duty to step up and run for the Arizona State Senate. Through the last 40 years, I have seen individual freedoms and rights eroded. I oppose illegal laws, regulations, and policies that conflict with the U.S. and Arizona Constitutions. I strongly support the 2nd Amendment, law enforcement, strong border control and lowering tax burdens on our citizens. I support parental choice and their involvement in their children’s education. As a Federal Law Enforcement Officer with the U.S. Department of Interior, I have extensive experience with illegal narcotics trafficking, border operations, mining, and environmental issues. I have been a watchdog against overreaching bureaucracy. I believe that the majority of COVID closures, including restrictions placed on churches were unconstitutional. Blessed with a unique district that is home to a variety of cultures and natural resources. Arizona’s Desert Southwest Yields the highest quality agriculture, bottled dairy, hunting, military installations and some of the friendliest people. Sadly, our rural district is suffering from a lack of funding for water, education, health care and infrastructure from border walls to highways & residential widening streets projects. When we demand money for our rural communities needs, our current long term legislators (D) Vote NO. Infrastructure is critical for our rural communities safety ,thats why I'm going to the State Capitol to prioritize the Urgency that has been neglected and a complete failure under our current long term elected legislators. The quality of life we enjoy shouldn't be a pawn in a partisan political game. While businesses & families are still recovering from the damage done to our economy by the pandemic. The tax burden placed on business owners must be lightened- substantially. Property taxes must come down. Our communities can't survive thru this inflation in food supplies , rising housing prices and fuel cost ! Im going to the State Capital to finish our recovery & lighten the burdens created by the current administration (D)

I’m Anna. I was born and raised in Phoenix. I come from proud, working people who are problem solvers who hustle everyday to provide for their families. I’m a daughter that grew up quickly and helped my parents while they worked multiple jobs to provide us a home. A daughter that lost my dad to COVID when he was forced to go back to work during the pandemic. I’m a sister that raised my little brother. A sister that lost that little brother, my best friend, when police killed him in 2019. I’m a tia that wants to see my nephews and nieces achieve more than they dream possible. I never wanted to run for office. But my family, like many of yours, has paid the cost of the choices of politicians who put money and ego before people. Because of their choices, AZ ranks 48th in education, 8th in incarceration, quality jobs aren’t in our neighborhoods, housing is unaffordable, and our communities are denied important resources. We need to be represented by people that understand the impact of their choices. We deserve better and I'm committed to fighting for all of us. Let’s build the life we deserve!!

It has been my honor to serve as your State Senator. While everyone campaigns as a conservative, I can offer my actual conservative record, which is pro-taxpayer, pro-family, pro-life, and pro-Constitution. My focus continues to be limiting the size of our government while ensuring that what it must do, it does as well as possible. My family owns and operates a 4th generation dairy farm in Buckeye and our Arizona roots are deep in the soil. I’m grateful for the support of so many in our district, both in Maricopa and Yuma County, and I’m hard at work on the various concerns we have, from water to transportation to classroom funding to school safety to lower taxes to border security to protecting our 2nd Amendment rights, I’m going to keep working on all of it. God has truly blessed our country and our state but it is our responsibility to protect them both. Arizona is a national leader in job growth, school choice, educational improvement, and regulatory freedom. I ask for your vote and I promise to continue my work as a reliable conservative.

Government accountability is key. The unnecessary regulations continue to slowly take away our liberties while creating more issues than solutions. We need to limit the government control that is negatively impacting parents' rights, medical freedoms, school choices, and our constitutional rights. President Donald Trump endorsed me because he knows how important it is to elect qualified candidates to our Republican Party and to the State of Arizona. President Trump referred to me as “…an incredible fighter for Election Integrity” and applauded my work fighting for Economic growth, support of the Second Amendment, Jobs, Secure Borders, and Public Education. As a State Representative, I stood up to the special interests and stopped many bad bills. As a result, I have now a primary challenger that opposes President Trump’s policies and my conservative record, so I need your vote to ensure that we use common sense to secure our borders against the ongoing migrant invasion and push back against attempts by the Joe Biden’s administration to drag us into socialism. My opponent will claim to be a conservative, but my actual six-year voting record is proof I am a true conservative. I’ve been awarded the Liberty Award, Friend of the Family Award, and Hero of the Taxpayer Award. My wife and I love the West Valley and the state of Arizona. The City of Peoria has held a special place in my heart since birth. My mom graduated from Peoria High School in the early 1930s. My Aunt, Toni Lebario, was the first Hispanic-woman business owner in Peoria (Toni's Beauty Salon) in the heart of downtown. My wife is a Cactus High School grad and our two children are products of Parkridge Elementary and Sunrise Mountain High School. I have extensive experience in leadership roles. I am a local business owner and the current President of the Peoria Unified School District governing board and served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Abrazo Health's Maryvale Hospital and Board Member for the Peoria Chamber of Commerce. I am a courageous leader who leads with compassion and empathy, with a steadfast commitment to ensuring the success of the entire community and will continue to prioritize the voices of all stakeholders as input versus feedback. I am proud that I have influenced spaces where all voices matter, all opinions are respected, and all input is welcomed. I look forward to continuing to serve the community with an innovative and people first mindset. Thank you

I have been in the protection industry for 25 years, 10 years of that as the owner of a security agency, so I understand firsthand what the hardships of owning / running a small business are. I am a NRA Certified Instructor and am pro 2nd Amendment. I am prolife and believe in the sanctity of family. It’s time we remind our elected officials it’s “We the People”, not “We the Government.” Please visit my website www.ryanforaz.com to help support my campaign and the issues you are passionate about.

Arizona has been home for over 30+ years. As long as I have been able to choose my home, it's been right here in The Great 48! I’m a true Constitutional Conservative, happily married ranch wife, bonus mom & Nana, cowgirl, and a Registered Operating Room Nurse. I’ve been in politics for many years, but the lockdowns, mandates, and shutting down of scientific debate during the Covid pandemic got me very involved in the fight for medical freedom and our rights. I am 100% a Trump supporter who thinks the RINO's have to go, an American who loves her country, and an Arizonan who knows we need change at the State level! Election Integrity, Medical Freedom, Border Security, Securing our Water, Agriculture Industry support, Parental Authority via School Choice, and ensuring the protection of our God given Constitutional Rights are at the top of my list of current issues. We The People need to get the government and political establishment out of our everyday lives and increase OUR voices at the State and Federal levels of government! We need America First voices and fresh ideas in our Arizona State Senate and I am the Nurse for the job!

I just finished my second term in the State Senate and also as the Majority Whip. I will continue to keep my focus on a balanced budget, a strong state economy, jobs, improving our schools, limiting the size and scope of government, protecting the taxpayers, and defending our Constitution. There is a non-stop battle between those on the left who want to grow our government, raise our taxes, and chip away at our freedoms – and those of us on the right who want to increase our freedoms by letting you keep more of what you earn and by keeping government out of your lives as much as possible. I will always be on the side of freedom. I was and will always be a US Marine, and I am also involved in doing what I can to help our veterans and to make Arizona a veteran-friendly state. Never hesitate to contact me if I can be of service to you, and thank you for the honor of getting to represent you in the State Senate.

I am running out of desire to have Arizona reach its full potential. As a life-long conservative Republican my priorities are protecting and defending the Constitution, promoting a strong border and election integrity, reducing the tax burden and government overregulation, maintaining fiscal responsibility and economic opportunity, upholding the right to bear arms, defending life, supporting our troops and families, and the protection of state rights. I am highly engaged with our communities and volunteer for several political and civic organizations including the Yavapai County Republican Party, the State and National Federation of Republican Women, the Arizona State Rifle and Pistol Association, the Well-Armed Woman, and the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue. Having lived in this District since 1971, I have a deep respect for our rich history and am dedicated to protecting and strengthening Arizona. After working as a nurse in this community for while teaching nursing at Yavapai College, I am accustomed to making a difference in the lives of others. Judy Burges has remained a true un-apologetic “Constitutional Conservative” throughout her years of service in the legislature. She considers herself a “WE THE PEOPLE” Christian candidate that has a proven history supporting Constitutional freedoms such as: the 2nd Amendment, less government, lower taxes, border security, state sovereignty, free speech, school choice, pro-family values, and one’s right-to-life. President Reagan clearly stated “Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation from extinction. It is not ours by inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people. Those who have known freedom, and then lost it, have never known it again.”

I am Cathy Ransom, an Arizona mom who knows our economy has not been working as hard for moms as moms work for our economy. As the business manager of a small business in the Verde Valley, I have witnessed how decades of one-party domination in the state legislature have failed rural Arizona. Water, Education, and Healthcare have all been neglected. That needs to change. Our economy is not working for essential workers, teachers, frontline workers and small business owners. Teachers and Nurses are leaving the state because they can’t afford to live here. I want the legislature to level the playing field and ensure we adequately invest in an equitable future for all of us. The Arizona legislature can help prepare the next generation for 21st century jobs by investing in our human infrastructure. Companies considering relocating to Arizona want an educated workforce and a solid healthcare system. It’s time for a new vision for Arizona’s future at the state capitol. As part of the Clean Slate for Democracy I will hold education, the environment and an economy that works for all of us as top priorities. Learn more at CleanSlateAZLD1.com

I am a husband, father, grandfather, and a solar energy entrepreneur. As the board chairman of Cybertran International I am focused on developing a zero carbon footprint mass transit system powered by the sun. Environmental crises, made worse by climate change, are part of a larger pattern that threatens our way of life. Arizona can play an important role in providing a solution to the challenges of climate change. To do this we need better legislative priorities and lawmakers who nurture innovation and support Arizona’s transition to clean energy. Developing sustainable clean energy technologies here in Arizona helps us attract new businesses. We can and should be leading the world in solar energy innovation. To attract innovators for high growth businesses, Arizona needs a modern, high-caliber public education system anchoring intelligent, motivated, creative individuals and their families. To seize this opportunity we need to properly fund public education. This is why funding education and addressing climate change will be my top legislative priorities and why I am running as a clean election candidate as part of the Clean Slate for Democracy to build a better future for all Arizonans. I am thankful to be able to run for office in the great state of Arizona. The state of Arizona, and in a broader sense, America, needs conservative voices in order to help and benefit humanity. I am a conservative who believes in conserving our American way of life. With this mindset, I believe in conserving our Constitution. The Constitution is not a malleable document that changes with time. It is the foundational document of our country. I am in favor of school choice, lowering taxes, legal immigration, and individual liberties. I also support a limited system of government where free market capitalism is most important. I am against the over burdensome government regulations on private enterprise. Our history needs to be preserved, for a great society learns from history and it does not try to erase it. There needs to be more community outreach in order to help the community be better educated on how much the police benefits our society. Our country and our state is at risk, and conservative voices need to rise to conserve our liberties, our freedoms, and our American way of life.

Howdy everyone! I have had the honor of serving in the Arizona House of Representatives for the past two years. I've spent that time fighting against overreaching COVID mandates and supporting election integrity reforms. In 2021, I had more bills signed into law than any other first-year freshman in modern state history. I'm very proud I can be an effective Legislator for our district and I understand how to get the job done. During my first term, I was the Vice Chairman of the Transportation Committee. Also, I was a member of the Commerce Committee and Health Committee. Those topics are all fascinating to me and you'd be surprised what comes our way in those committees. I've spent my entire career in public policy. I've worked a combined 12 years at two different state legislatures, including here in Arizona, where I was a policy staffer for the Republican Caucus. I also worked at Americans for Prosperity, a Conservative entity focused on lowering taxes, regulations and shrinking government wherever possible. I'm running again to ensure our great state continues to be friendly for free markets and individual liberties! I look forward to earning your support.

Judy Schwiebert has spent her life in LD 20 as the mom of two successful now-adult sons, a teacher for 27 years in our local public high schools, and a community leader. As a teacher, co-founder of Theater Works, board member of a large church, and community center director, she learned powerful lessons about how listening and working together give everyone a chance to succeed. Most recently, Judy co-founded a non-partisan group where people concerned about healthcare, education, and other issues worked together to successfully turn their concerns into positive, powerful action, with demonstrated impact. Judy puts people over politics and will work for all of us to restore school funding, ensure quality affordable healthcare, and foster good-paying jobs that allow everyone their chance at the American Dream. Vera Gebran is running for State House in District 4 because she’s invested in rescuing this country for her children’s generation. For far too long, America has been declining. Our social institutions are being poisoned by ideology, our elections are becoming less secure, and illegal immigration has yet to be solved. Vera also believes it’s past due to push back against an overreaching government and Big Tech trying to micromanage our lives. Vera is running for the State House because now is a critical fork in the road for Arizona—we either maintain Arizona history as a state of opportunity or we allow radical ideologies to squander the American dream away. As immigrants from Lebanon, Vera’s parents arrived with little more than a strong work ethic. With hard work and the American opportunity, they built a beautiful life for themselves and their children. Because of this, Vera is incredibly passionate about the United States and freedom. It’s her desire to protect taxpayers, restore our Constitutional rights, and improve our K-12 schools and universities. Vera is a woman of the people, not of politicians.

In 2004, Jen was paralyzed in a random drive-by shooting, changing the trajectory of her life. Before the shooting, Jen was a successful businesswoman and family provider. After the shooting, she struggled to stay afloat, losing her health insurance while lying in a hospital bed in a coma and confronting poverty head-on. But in the face of such adversity, Jen triumphed. Upon her recovery, Jen became a force for good in our community. Jen worked to raise awareness and improve the lives of people with disabilities and increase opportunities and access for other marginalized groups. She also focused significant energy on gun violence prevention, spearheading grassroots efforts and advancing policy change at the local, state, and national levels. Since first elected as state representative for Arizona LD24 in 2018, Jen has worked tirelessly to build a stronger, healthier community and improve the lives of all people in our community. Jen became the first Democrat appointed to chair an Ad Hoc committee in more than 50 years during her first term. Upon her 2020 reelection, Jen’s peers elected her to serve as Assistant Leader. In 2021, more bills introduced by Democrats were passed than in the prior six years combined.

Hi, my name is Amish, and I'm proud to serve as your current elected State Representative. As I near the end of my second term, I am appreciative to all of you for your continued consideration and support. The last two years were stressful for our state and our nation, and I hope that we bring out the "better angels of our nature" in each of us as President Lincoln once said. Let's support and uplift each other as we face daunting societal challenges such as rising housing costs and homelessness, underfunded public education, and inaccessible or unaffordable health care. Meanwhile, we as your elected officials must work as hard as we can to deliver results for you on these fronts. I continue to push for a culture of hard work, civility, responsiveness, and a drive for excellence in our government. Amish Shah, MD

I’m in my third term and I'm keeping my promises -- to be a strong voice for rural Arizona, to protect taxpayers and keep our budget balanced, to increase school funding and teacher pay, and to improve our transportation and water infrastructure. I've kept those promises and many others. As the only rancher in the legislature, I’m involved in lots of issues dealing with the ranching, agriculture, and farming communities in our state. I have a pro-Constitution, pro-family values, and pro-taxpayer voting record because I know that preserving and expanding freedom is my most solemn responsibility. My record is 100% pro-2nd Amendment, 100% pro-Life, and 100% pro-Taxpayer. And I continue to fight to ensure we get our share of funding for projects like the Tonto Bridge, often over the objections of Maricopa County legislators. There are too many politicians at the State Capitol and not enough of us regular folks who do the jobs that make Arizona work. I'll keep working my tail off to do the very best I can for you and I ask for your vote. On behalf of my awesome wife Diana and our amazing kids, thank you for your support and your continued trust!

I am a veteran, a businessman, and an entrepreneur. I know how difficult it is to find a good job, make payroll and provide health insurance. I know the headaches of meeting budgets as well as the importance of an educated workforce, the dangers of illicit drug use, and the significance of our children’s dreams to society’s future. District 16 needs a STRONG CONSERVATIVE voice and representation. Our city and counties are not receiving their fair share of state funds and I will work to get more road and infrastructure dollars. I support securing our borders and amnesty is not the answer. We need to secure the border and do it now. Employers need an easy way to verify legal status. Arizona must stop spending our limited resources providing health and education benefits to illegal immigrants. Our teachers just received a 20% raise without any accountability for the failing AZ Merit/AIMS test scores. Our College are bankrupting our children before they even get to the workforce. Arizona must work smarter and closer with the local communities to promote growth, education and opportunity. I am asking for your vote to be your voice for more responsible Government. VOTE JOHN FILLMORE Thanks.

Last year, Athena successfully passed a law to guarantee feminine hygiene products to women in prison and end the shackling of pregnant people. Athena received Tempe's MLK Diversity Award, 2018 Phoenix New Times' Best Politician and Arizona Republic's 2019 Top 10 Newsmakers to Watch. Mary Ann Mendoza was thrust into the illegal immigration fight when her son, Sgt Brandon Mendoza of Mesa PD, was tragically killed on 5/12/14, by a drunk, wrong-way illegal driver. The new administration has made it impossible to have constructive conversations-or a meeting of the minds on immigration issues requiring reform. Immigration laws must be upheld. Mary Ann Mendoza is a voice for Angel Families across America, and a victim of cancel-culture for speaking about many issues facing America. The only way to meet the challenges facing us is to get involved and take action. That is exactly what Mary Ann is stepping up for in LD 9. a Main issues facing Americans now is assault on Constitutional rights. Our educational systems are using their platform to override parental rights. Now is the time to disrupt the liberal agenda and restore respect, honor, and constitutional soundness. We the People hold the power, understanding, and rights to ensure local, state, and federal government governs for the people, in accordance with the Constitution to preserve the rights we are guaranteed as citizens of a free nation. I’m a mom, a grandma, and I’m involved in helping our returning veterans through a non-profit organization that I run. I know freedom isn’t free -- my son Brent lost both legs fighting for us in Iraq to keep America free! I’m running for State House because we need more regular citizens involved, not more lawyers or politicians. I want election integrity and ballot security so everyone can get honest, reliable election results quickly. I want school districts to focus on educating, not indoctrinating, our kids, without getting sidetracked by political agendas that have nothing to do with the Three R’s. I want to support police and fire and give them the tools they need, not have the public’s safety held hostage by radicals who want to defund and eliminate them. I want secure borders, our wall finished, and immigration laws enforced. I want balanced budgets and sensible policies to help fight inflation and high gas prices. I want a long-term plan for water issues, because as our population continues to grow, water becomes increasingly important. If you want a commonsense candidate who wants to do right, without the political games, then I ask for your vote. Thank you!

Earning an athletic scholarship to Mississippi State University, Wesley worked hard to position himself as a draft pick for NFL’s Arizona Cardinals, a lifelong dream. Wesley’s philosophy is grounded in equality and respect for all, an open mind to new ideas, and the importance of listening. His commitment to listening has allowed him to connect with others and to fight for what is right. Wesley believes we must work together to find solutions that make us stronger and keep us special and diverse. He is passionate about making life better for others and our community.

My name is Patty Contreras and I am running to be your State Representative in Legislative District 12. I have lived in the Ahwatukee-Foothills area of Phoenix for over 30 years. I am a third generation Arizonan from Somerton, a small, rural farm town in Southwestern Arizona. My grand-parents were migrant farm workers and my father was a small businessman in Yuma. I have a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Administration from NAU. I was a public servant for 30+ years serving Phoenix residents. I am an advocate for our community. Education, Seniors, and the Environment are my priorities. I have advocated, and will always advocate, for the elderly, minorities, immigrants, and the LGBTQ community. I marched for Women, Immigrant Rights, to Save our Schools, and for responsible gun legislation. I love this state and its diversity. It has a diverse climate, a diverse geography, and a diverse population. I want to be your State Representative to participate in a government that represents the diverse population of our district and the state. Like Thomas Jefferson said, “We do not have a government by the majority. We have a government by the majority who participate.”

It is my belief that governments are public servants, obliged to protect Freedom, take Fiscal Accountability, help create Economic Opportunities, and ensure Quality of Life for the people. We have a great nation, but we also have long overdue problems that need to be solved because they have drawn down our society and hindered our lives from happiness. If elected, I will diligently work on the following four critical priorities: affordable medical services, applied education, high-speed trains, and welfare fairness and effectiveness. They are chosen because the improvements on these will significantly enhance government efficiency, reduce social problems, and lead to long-lasting economic prosperities. My records show that I have always placed people’s best interest on the top. I have the vision to lead and passion to serve. My political platform is solid with practical approaches and clear goals. I am open-minded with a global perspective and extensive knowledge and experience in different cultures and thoughts. Therefore, for a better Arizona, I am humbly asking for your votes and support.

I'm a U.S. Army Veteran, Scientist and Mom. I see the world of opportunity for our children getting smaller: from access to education, making their own family planning and healthcare decisions, the environment they will inherit, and whether they will have a voice in their democracy. Arizonans deserve a better future. I want to expand the choices and opportunities for Arizonans. As a mother, I think a lot about the legacy we are leaving to our children. Politicians rarely seem to consider what the long-term ramifications their policies will have on subsequent generations. We are the stewards of their future. I fought for our country, our freedoms, and our future. Our country is currently divided and that doesn’t help Arizona families. The government needs to work for us again. “We the people” needs to mean something once more. We need to bring common sense back into government, to focus more on issues that bring us together, less on what divides us, and a return to fiscal responsibility that can still meet the needs of Arizona's working families. That’s the example we need to set for future generations!

"I decided to run not DESPITE the current political climate, but BECAUSE OF IT." That's my answer to the most FAQ I get talking to my neighbors. I will serve all of my district (and Arizona) and I will work to IMPROVE that climate. We are ALL Arizonans who love our state and our country. As a journalist and an attorney who has long practiced elections law, I know we have a secure, fair and accurate elections system. I am standing up and running because my experiences and skills set will help protect democracy against disingenuous attacks. Bad bills simply to make political points have become far too prevalent. I will help bring back responsible lawmaking and governing. We need to work to make our public education system stronger, so we can retain our good teachers and better educate our children/grandchildren. We need to responsibly plan for our water future and our climate future. We need to protect reproductive rights and women's health decisions. We need to improve our state for ALL Arizonans. I plan to work on these issues - and MORE - if you entrust me to serve Arizona as a state lawmaker. Thank you!

I've been a resident of our great State of Arizona and east valley since 1995. We face a pivotal election. I want to be your Representative because I am convinced that the greatest threats to “by the people, for the people” are upon us now. I pledge to fight tirelessly for our community. I will advance initiatives to improve the quality of life for the people of district 13 and Arizona. Second, I will focus on policy – not performance politics, not partisan bickering, not populism – policies to help our businesses and drive our economy forward; policies to achieve a second-to-none education system; policies to ensure we have a framework for fair elections; policies to secure and protect our border; and policies to strengthen our critical infrastructure. I am a proud father and grandfather, a former business transformation executive, and a 12-year owner of a small-business in our community. District 13, I have skin in the game. And I pledge to serve you with integrity and humility. This is why now, more than ever, I need your support and ask for your vote in this election. Thank you.

After moving to Chandler in 1999, Arizona is the place I call home. It’s an amazing state but the things that make it successful are under attack. Ironically, voters are fleeing high-tax, high-regulation states are moving to low-tax, low-regulation states like Arizona, but they’re bringing their liberal policies and voting habits with them. We need to make sure we don’t let this leftward push ruin everything that’s working in Arizona. I’ll work to protect election integrity followed by school choice, teacher pay increases, and strong K-12 support. I’ll advocate for secure borders and enforcement of our laws. I’ll work for a strong economy and safe neighborhoods. And I’ll oppose efforts to raise taxes or give government greater control over our lives and daily decisions. As a servant leader for the last several decades, I am committed to you and I will work tirelessly to get the job done! I’m a wife and mother, blessed with three great kids. I’ve worked in real estate for the last 17 years and have served in a variety of community and industry positions. I ask for your vote so I can get to work and do all I can for Arizona and our district!

Serving as your representative is a position of sacred trust, a trust I take very seriously. Issues close to my heart include protecting religious liberty and the unborn, reducing taxes and spending, eliminating government waste, enhancing border security, and protecting the integrity of education through expanding parental rights and school choice. I am 100% pro-life: I voted for the heartbeat bill and for an end to chemical abortions: 100% pro-2nd Amendment: a longtime CCW permit holder myself and sporting enthusiast; 100% committed to reducing taxes: I've signed Americans for Tax Reform's pledge never to raise taxes, and 100% committed to freedom whether it be health freedom, educational freedom, or economic freedom. Victories this past session include fighting against mask requirements by passing a bill in the State House banning masks at all government offices and standing up for local determination where incorporation is involved. Fighting for you means building allies with shared vision and tested principles. I'm proud to be running with Jacqueline Parker and Jake Hoffman as your conservative, constitutional voice in the legislature. No other team has the expertise, wherewithal and stamina to champion your causes better than Carter, Parker and Hoffman. Thank you for your vote.

As one of the top fiscal conservatives in the legislature, I’m running for re-election to continue fighting to keep Arizona red and stop us from turning into California! I am 100% Pro-Life, Pro-Constitution, Pro-Limited Government, Pro-Family, & Pro-Religious Freedom. I’m a born and raised Arizona native, but I’ve traveled all over the country while earning a B.A. in Philosophy from BYU, an M.A. in Literature from ASU, and a J.D. from USF in California. I’m fluent in Spanish having served church and medical missions in Texas, Mexico, Ecuador, and Nicaragua, so I understand better than most what is needed to secure our borders and stop illegal immigration. After joining the Arizona State Bar and spending several years in private practice, I worked as a legal policy advisor at the Corporation Commission where I drafted policy and legislation that has limited government and put money back into the pockets of Arizona rate payers. During my first term at the legislature I have utilized my education and training to fight back against the democrat agenda infusing our legislature, our state, our elections, and our schools. Arizona voters deserve PROVEN conservative leadership with a demonstrated ability to deliver results and solutions.

I am a retired physician who has lived in the new Legislative District 17 for 38 years. I am also a wife and mother. I am running for Arizona State Representative to represent YOU, and to promote the policies most Arizonans want: (1) honest and reliable governance and elections, (2) good public education that teaches rational thinking and job skills, not racial divisiveness, (3) second amendment rights that allow us to defend ourselves and our families, and (4) individual freedom to make health care decisions for ourselves and our children. Right now, most of us believe the country is headed in the wrong direction, with our borders completely unsecured, inflation out of control, energy sources dependent on foreign and hostile countries, and government deficit spiraling ever upward. We need to push back on these destructive policies as strongly as possible in the state legislature. We must also preserve the authority that the state has traditionally held to manage its own affairs. The candidates we elect to our state legislatures could be the most important people in government over the next few years. Please take the time to vote.

State Representative - Distri
