For us the battle for Liberty is one between World Government and National Sovereignty. Washington in his farewell addressed warned about entangling alliances, both economically and militarily. He stated that we have a different set of interests than those of Europe. Europe is based on ruler's law. We become the first nation in modern times to be based on people's law, power originating with the people rather than from the top down, through the "divine right of kings. We have violated that advice for over 100 years, getting into wars we never should have been in. Our first responsibility is to ourselves, our families, our culture, and our country. If another culture wants to emphasize hating the latter, they should not be allowed here...or be deported. Hate America is not a pledge of allegiance. AZ candidates don't seem to have any real idea what's going on ...on the border(ATZLAN/visa Russia). If they and you read the invasion issue, you will know the truth. Our President is not telling the full story either!? As Stalin once said, the way into the United States will be through...Mexico!!!

The practice of health care is a microcosm of what it is to be a United States Senator. My patients or constituents have day to day problems. Most issues are identical to those heard on the Senate Floor. Health care, soaring insurance costs, and drug prices are a common topic. Most issues require a closer investigative approach to flush out the root cause. The same process would be used by me in 'committee' as your Senator. Inspired, life changing solutions come about as the result of identifying the underlying key issues and the intended impact on people's lives. This may involve the coordinated effort of health care specialties, insurance companies, and state representatives. It will always involve contract law, and the judicial system. I have served Arizona residents for over 30 years. As a health care provider, 50% of my time was in the delivery of patient care while the remaining time was in the pursuit of positive results for patients and changes to the 'system'. The passage of Obama Care in 2010 pushed Arizona residents and the Country into crisis. The health care system needs the Doc.

I believe in healing and I believe in love. These are more than concepts and should be part of the consciousness in our national, state and local politics. I believe in personal liberties, especially sovereignty over one’s body. I believe in the right to use plant and fungi medicine for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I believe in being a custodian of nature and preserving the beauty of our natural world for generations to come. The ineptitude of our Federal legislators indicates that we need more than two choices to represent us. We need legislators who carry the burden of common sense and practice the mindfulness necessary to create safe communities for families of all faiths and beliefs. What we have now are legislators who can’t answer questions and only fight each other and call the other side “radicals” and “extremists.”

Tiffany Shedd knows first-hand the crisis Arizonans are facing due to the failure to secure our southern border. Tiffany and her family are regularly confronted with coyotes trafficking illegal immigrants and cartels smuggling drugs across their farm in Eloy. She’s running for congress to implement conservative solutions to the problems Arizonans face because liberal politicians in Washington, DC have repeatedly ignored them. She’ll start by working with President Trump to secure the southern border. Tiffany grew up in Pinal County, and worked her way through college and law school at the University of Arizona. She’s worked as a bi-lingual kindergarten teacher, farmer, and natural resource attorney. Ann Kirkpatrick was born and raised in rural Arizona, moved to Tucson to get her college education, and has performed a lifetime of service for Arizona families. She has also worked as a prosecutor, starting her career in the Pima County Attorney’s office, before going on to serve in Congress. In Congress, Ann passed bills that helped Arizona’s veterans and Native American tribes, and her bipartisan legislation enacting a historic water settlement is today helping Arizona’s urban, rural and tribal communities. She has also been a leading voice in the push to reform the broken VA system and address problems exposed by Phoenix VA whistleblowers. Her call for a nationwide VA audit was enacted by the Obama administration within just 24 hours, and she was part of the bipartisan committee that brokered and passed major VA reform in 2014. Ann and her husband Roger live in Tucson near their adult children and grandchildren.

I am someone who believes in Goodness; that if we can mange to be more selfless and generous as individuals and more merciful and forgiving towards one another, we will bring forth a world that is more peaceful and prosperous, one abounding in liberty and justice. My skin is black, I am an immigrant, and I am also Muslim, but I see myself as both part of this country and as a sincere friend unto the American people. I would love to see this country, along with the world and humanity as a whole, reach its full potential and our Brothers and Sisters as happy, healthy, and fulfilled as possible. I am not someone who has a thirst for money or an out-sized appetite for material possessions; I just like women and children (and good people in general), serving The Creator, and the simple things in life.. There is little doubt in my mind that if I were elected to Congress, I would do very well for this great country and the men, women, and children of Southern Arizona.

If you are like me you are fed up with partisanship! I agree with both/all sides of the aisle on different issues and don’t believe there is a one size fits all solution for all issues. I believe in collaboration, teamwork and inclusion for the greater good of the majority...and I am realistic enough to know that it won't satisfy all. Like many in Arizona, I am a transplant. Originally from Wisconsin, I put myself through college working in factories and construction and after joined the military. While a consulate in Chicago for a great firm from Arizona, I visited often and fell in love with the location...and decided to make Tucson my home. A vote for me, to represent Arizona's 2nd congressional district, is one for inclusion, open dialog and action. ~Humbly, Brandon James Schlass

Dr. Paul Gosar is a conservative Republican representing Arizona’s Fourth Congressional District and currently serving in his fifth term. Dr. Gosar continues to work to create more jobs for our families. His efforts have lead to thousands of Arizona families living better. He's working to keep our families safe by securing the border, supporting a barrier wall, and ending the invasion by illegal aliens, criminals and terrorists. Born in Long Branch, NJ, Delina was raised on democratic values by her strong, independent mother, and Irish immigrant grandmother. Growing up with strong women and in a diverse neighborhood, Delina adopted values of meaningful relationships, honesty, earned trust, commitment to others, human dignity, accountability and a strong work ethic. Delina and her husband started remodeling homes, and now have a construction company. Delina took care of the finances and contracts. She also has 10 yrs experience as a Financial Dir. for hospitals and received her BSN at ASU, now a RN. She worked for U.S. Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell in Durango, CO. He was her mentor. His advocacy for civil rights of Native Americans and all people of color, women's rights, veterans, and more inspired Delina to run for congress. Many arduous discussions evolved and Delina learned a lot in regards to the federal issues facing our nation and how to bring everyone to the table, find common ground and having a moderate voice to listen and discuss very difficult issues. She has seen the struggles people face with healthcare, ACA, preexisting conditions, Trump's tax cuts, action against women's rights and more. She will be your strong voice.

Candidate Info
Emily Robinson was born and raised in Arizona. With a background in technology and science, Emily is keen on ensuring proposed legislation considers the impacts and costs for effectively implementing new laws. She does not want new laws that will create more problems than they solve. An effective government must consider a balance between the land, the people and businesses. Ideals are worthless unless they can be written and implemented in a realistic, cost-effective and efficient manner. Her commitment aligns with a government run by the people and for the people. It is time for an overhaul of Washington with leaders willing to do the right thing for the people. Money, special interests and politics have created more drama than progress. Emily will listen to the people she represents and foster legislation that aligns with the interests of our community. Education, job opportunities and stability for our seniors must be a priority. Emily Robinson is running with the intention to regain ground for our communities and defend our unalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our fragile democracy needs help now!

Hello my fellow friends. My name is Roxanne Rodriguez and I am asking for your vote (early on) in the very important upcoming elections in 2020. A little about myself: I have a strong background in education in which I have taught for many years and have seen (hands-on) some of the greatest challenges our education system faces as a whole as a result of shifting needs in the workforce of our society. These changes must met through excellence in and understanding of our education system, and so it is from one of the platforms from which I speak and seek your help. I look forward to serving you and the collective needs of the community through hard work and honesty in hopes of bettering the quality of lives I represent. I believe that all people have the right to "quality of life". I will be working on creating a campaign website for any comments or questions you may have. I will update that information once it is established. Thank you very much and I hope to represent you in the coming year. Best regards, Roxanne R. Rodriguez

Since first being elected, my staff and I have dedicated ourselves to helping constituents and addressing issues that affect our district, our state and our nation. From tax relief for working families to removing burdensome regulations on businesses to strengthening our national defense, I’m proud of the work we have done. But there is so much more to do especially in the area of improving healthcare, border security and fighting the coronavirus pandemic. There has never been a time where leadership, work ethic, and putting people over political party has been more important. I'm a 36 year old CD-8 native, father to two little boys, husband, small business owner and entrepreneur. I am running for office in the district I grew up in against an incumbent that has been our representative for 1/3 of my life. I am proudly running for Congress to work hard for our families, our businesses, our veterans, our teachers, first responders, workers, seniors, students, and our future regardless of political party. The time for talking about healthcare, immigration, and improving our lives is over. We need one of our own to get the job done for all of us. I've played professional baseball, held a career as a director and crew chief for major music artists world tours, earned my bachelors degree, and have owned a small business in Glendale for seven years. Everything I am is right here and where you come from means something to me. We are all going through this together. I'm the fighter the West Valley has never seen before. It will be an honor to represent my hometown come November 2020.

I’m a REAL "guy next door" who has never DREAMED of being involved in politics, but I have commonsense, morals and values; and it has broken my heart watching the very fabric of America get dismantled over the past 4 months. I'm a husband and father who wants my kids to grow up with the same memories of this great country I have - not walking around with masks on, going to school on screens, afraid to make new friends or speak their opinion for fear of offending someone and getting "cancelled." I will work hard for you, for ALL of us in the West Valley, to bring the "guy next door" mentality to Washington and stop these radical changes from stealing our country. I don't have all the answers, I don't pretend to - I want to work WITH people to get this country United again, bring back civility & a patriotic culture, respect for one's self and others, preserve our history, defend our freedom of speech, enact term limits, and try to swing the pendulum back from the scary direction it is headed. Write-In Ryan Risselman for US Representative in Congress on the August 4th Republican Primary Ballot.
