Statement:
I believe our elected officials have lost sight of their intended purpose. It is the their responsibility to protect the American citizens freedoms and liberties under the constitution and ensure their freedom to live their life, with liberty and the pursuit of happiness as guaranteed under the Declaration of Independence. I will do this just as I have done as Sheriff of Graham County, Arizona for two terms, suing the federal government over the Brady Bill and winning in the U.S. Supreme Court, for all citizens of America. I am a citizen first and not a politician. It is time we return to the original intent of our founding fathers and be a system of laws that apply to all, and not a 2 tiered system we have now. With your vote, we will make the statement that "We Are Back with Mack".

Statement:
Bob Stump believes that national security challenges, burdensome regulations hindering American prosperity, and an entrenched bureaucracy thwarting our democratic institutions are among the most pressing issues facing the United States. The federal government must put the safety of its citizens first. It must not unduly interfere with the enterprise of a free, industrious people. And it must honor the first principles enshrined in our nation’s Constitution. After eight years of retreat and failed leadership, America’s preeminent role on the world stage is again being re-established. Now is the time for experienced, steady, innovative leadership in Congress. Bob will work to ensure that American interests are put first and all steps are taken to ensure the safety and prosperity of the American people. Moreover, Bob believes term limits are one of the best ways to avoid becoming a creature of the Washington swamp. He will serve no more than five terms (ten years) — enough time to pass conservative reforms, but not enough time to become entrenched in Washington. Serving in Congress should be a form of temporary public service — not a lifetime career.

Statement:
I strongly think and feel that I would be a good candidate for the 8th Congressional District of Arizona. I have strong business acumen and a firm grasp of the national and local issues that beset our great nation during the era of President Trump. I believe in the "America First" agenda and movement and feel that we as a nation need to get back to basics and put our nation first and we can still be international and engaged in the world as well. Unlike many other candidates, I am a strong supporter of President Trump and have a nationalist "America First" political viewpoint. I am not an establishment candidate and believe that our Founding Fathers wanted the American people to serve the nation and abide by the U.S. Constitution and its laws. I work as an insurance consultant and am also on the radio airwaves via "The Von Wehunt Show" on KFNX 1100 AM which airs every Thursday night at 9 PM. Eagle Scout. Pro-Business. Anti-Tax. Pro-Life. Pro-2nd Amendment. I reside in Arrowhead Ranch North Glendale. It would be a supreme honor to serve Arizona & the nation. Thank you and God Bless the USA.

Dr. Hiral Tipirneni, an emergency room physician and cancer research advocate, has dedicated her life to serving her community and improving lives. She is running for Congress to take on Washington insiders and continue using her problem-solving, team-oriented approach to work with Republicans and Democrats alike to get the results the communities and neighborhoods of the West Valley need. At the age of three, Hiral came to America from India with her family in pursuit of the American dream. Hiral and her husband met while in medical school in Ohio. They have lived in the Phoenix area, where their three children were born and raised, for more than 20 years. She is on the board of directors for the Maricopa Health Foundation, which supports the county’s public health care delivery system. After losing both her mother and nephew to cancer, she left emergency medicine to concentrate on cutting-edge cancer research. Now she leads teams of researchers, clinicians, and patient advocates in the fight against breast cancer, prostate cancer and childhood leukemia. Hiral is living the American dream, and wants to help ensure others can live their own American dreams, too.

Statement:
My name is Brianna Westbrook, and I am a single mother of a teenage daughter. I have held the same employment for over eleven years and fall within the median income of Arizona's 8th Congressional district. My candidacy is about the working class, people that work every day, just like myself. Our class has gone unrecognized and unrepresented which is why I am running for the House of Representatives in this congressional district. As your representative, I vow to bring your voice to Washington D.C. since I Am You. This campaign will always represent the views of the people, not special interest groups, which is the type of representation that is currently in place in our nation's capital. The power of the people is stronger than the people in power, and the power of the people is my foundation.

My name is Kyle Martin. I am running for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. I am a registered Democrat and I'm tired of the current hatred, misogyny, racism and fear-mongering that is running rampant within our government. I believe that each party has become far too extreme in their respective belief systems and the stubbornness of our country's leaders, combined with their unwillingness to compromise is the number one threat to our country.

Statement:
If I win the Green Party nomination, I will tell people not to vote for me and I will support the Democrat nominee. A lifelong liberal/progressive/socialist who strongly supported and worked for Hillary Clinton for President and other Democratic candidates for more than half a century (at age 13 in 1964, I stood on Brooklyn street corners and passed out "Get on the Johnson, Humphrey, Kennedy Team" leaflets, and last fall was a financial contributor to the Doug Jones for Senator campaign in Alabama), I believe that the Green Party is complicit in the election of Donald Trump. Jill Stein, the perennial Green presidential candidate, needs to be investigated for her collusion with Vladimir Putin and the Russian government in their attack on the U.S. electoral system in support of Trump. Many who voted for Stein and not Clinton were, and some remain, "useful idiots" for the Kremlin. Only by voting for Democratic candidates in 2018 can we successfully resist the Trump administration and Trumpism. Any Democrat running in the primary for this congressional seat will get my support. The wayward Arizona Green Party has no raison d'être in the age of Trump and the current progressive Democratic Party.
