Overview:
"The One Fair Wage Act raises the minimum wage by $1 over cost of living increases in 2025 and 2026 and leaves cost of living increases in place thereafter. For tipped employees, it raises the minimum wage employers must pay tipped employees regardless of tips employees earn. Currently, employers may count up to $3 per hour of a tipped employee's tips to offset the employer's minimum wage obligation. The Act gradually reduces the amount of the employer's offset due to tips until the employer is required to pay the full minimum wage and employees keep all of their tips on top of that wage. The Act expands coverage of the minimum wage, removing the small business exception. It explicitly exempts tribal entities as employers for purposes of the minimum wage law, and leaves in place the exemption for the state and federal governments. It makes clear that the state minimum wage applies regardless of the individual's age, status as a learner, apprentice, vocational trainee or other status wherein the individual provides labor, regardless of any benefit to the individual, but the state minimum wage continues to not apply to independent contractors. Defines terms; repeals old version of section 23-362."

Overview:
"The Arizona Abortion Access Act amends the Arizona Constitution to establish a fundamental right to abortion that the State (defined by the act to mean the State, an agency of the State, or a political subdivision of the State) may not deny, restrict or interfere with [1] before the point in pregnancy when a health care provider determines that the fetus has a significant likelihood of survival outside the uterus without extraordinary medical measures unless justified by a compelling governmental interest (defined by the act as a law, regulation, policy, or practice enacted for the limited purpose of improving or maintaining the health of an individual seeking abortion care, consistent with accepted clinical standards of practice and evidence-based medicine, and that does not infringe on that individual's autonomous decision-making) that is achieved by the least restrictive means, or [2] after that point in pregnancy if a health care provider determines an abortion is necessary to protect the life or the physical or mental health of the pregnant individual; and under which the State may not penalize individuals or entities for assisting a pregnant individual in exercising their right to abortion."
Official Language:
"CREATES A FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO ABORTION. LIMITS THE STATE’S ABILITY TO INTERFERE WITH THAT RIGHT BEFORE FETAL VIABILITY. AFTER FETAL VIABILITY, ABORTIONS ARE ALLOWED WHEN NECESSARY TO PROTECT THE LIFE OR HEALTH OF THE PREGNANT INDIVIDUAL. PROHIBITS LAWS PENALIZING A PERSON FOR ASSISTING AN INDIVIDUAL OBTAINING AN ABORTION.
A “yes” vote shall have the effect of creating a fundamental right to abortion under Arizona’s constitution. The State will not be able to interfere with this fundamental right before fetal viability unless it has a compelling reason and does so in the least restrictive way possible. Fetal viability means the point in the pregnancy when, in the good-faith judgment of a treating health care professional, the fetus has a significant likelihood of survival outside the uterus. Throughout the pregnancy, both before and after fetal viability, the State will not be able to interfere with the good-faith judgment of a treating health care professional that an abortion is necessary to protect the life or health of the pregnant individual. The State will not be able to penalize any person for aiding or assisting a pregnant individual in exercising the right to an abortion.
A “no” vote shall have the effect of not creating a fundamental right to have an abortion under Arizona’s constitution, will leave in place current laws that restrict abortion before fetal viability, and will allow the State to further restrict or ban abortion in the future."

Overview:
"The Arizona Works Together Act affirms the right of Arizonans to self-organize, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection, and includes in that right the ability of employees to obtain from their employers a clause in their collectively bargained agreements that requires either joining the labor organization or alternatively providing financial support for the labor organization bargaining for the agreement as a condition of employment. It also affirms that Arizonans shall have the right to refrain from any or all of such activities except to the extent that such right may be affected by an agreement requiring membership in, or alternatively financial support of, a labor organization as a condition of employment. The constitutional amendment includes a severability clause declaring the intention that if any portion of the amendment is unenforceable, that provision is severable, and the remainder of the amendment is enforceable. The amendment is not to be read as conflicting with federal law. It applies only prospectively. The committee sponsoring the measure has standing to defend it."

All requests for compensation in conservatorship/guardianship matters require a written acceptance by a spouse (1st priority), a parent (2nd), an immediate family member (3rd), or the AZ Attorney General if no surviving family member. All conservatorship/guradinship cases guarantee a trial by jury. Financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, including asset misappropriation, are statute of limitations exempt. Overview:
"This Constitutional amendment expands choices in primaries, eliminates party-based restrictions on election participation, and applies the same rules to candidates for the same office. It prohibits using public monies for party elections, including presidential preference elections not open to all voters. For primaries for state, county, and Congressional offices, candidates for the same office have the same signature requirements and appear on the same ballot. Everyone eligible to vote for an office may vote for any candidate and sign any candidate petition regardless of party affiliation. Parties may support candidates. Law may allow candidates to list party affiliation, as provided in amendment. For 1-winner races, 2 to 5 candidates may advance to the general, as provided by law. For multi-winner races, additional candidates advance. If 3 or more candidates may advance in 1-winner races, voter rankings are used at the general. If implementing legislation isn't operative by 11 /1 /2025, Secretary of State decides how many candidates advance and the voter ranking process, if any, subject to legislative modification as provided in the amendment. Legislature may change the number of candidates for an office who advance once every 6 years. Amendment is exempt from revenue source requirement."
Official Language:
"ALL PRIMARY ELECTION CANDIDATES FOR A GIVEN OFFICE WILL HAVE THE SAME SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS FOR BALLOT QUALIFICATION. ELIGIBLE VOTERS MAY VOTE FOR CANDIDATES REGARDLESS OF PARTY AFFILIATION. THE LEGISLATURE MAY PRESCRIBE THE NUMBER OF CANDIDATES ADVANCING TO THE GENERAL ELECTION. PROHIBITS USING PUBLIC MONIES FOR POLITICAL PARTY ELECTIONS.
A “yes” vote shall have the effect of allowing all eligible voters to vote for any primary election candidate, regardless of party affiliation; imposing the same signature requirements on all candidates for a given office who wish to appear on the primary ballot; generally prohibiting the use of public funds for political party elections; allowing future law to determine how many candidates advance from the primary election, as well as the process by which candidates are elected at the general election; and if future law provides that three or more candidates may advance to the general election for an office to which one candidate will be elected, voter rankings shall be used.
A “no” vote shall have the effect of maintaining current requirements related to primary and general elections processes."

Overview:
"This constitutional amendment broadens voters' options for covered state and congressional offices in primary and general elections. For covered primaries, eligible voters may sign any nominating petition. Candidates for covered public office require the equal specified number of signatures and will be listed on the same ballot. For single-winner primaries, the top five candidates advance to the general election, while in multi-winner primaries, an additional candidate advances for each available seat. Voting is tabulated in rounds wherein candidates are eliminated or elected. If one's first choice candidate is eliminated, one's second choice candidate is counted as a first choice in the next round. Process continues until all available offices are filled with candidates receiving a majority of votes. Identifying candidate party affiliations is authorized. Any constitutional prohibition against local political subdivisions implementing this system is eliminated. Permits public money for presidential preference elections only if Independents and those with no party preference or registered with parties not qualified for representation on the ballot are allowed to vote in these primaries. Amendment exempts itself from Revenue Source Rule, or alternatively is funded with additional filing fee for political committees. Write-in candidates are disallowed."

Overview:
"Senator Wadsack took office 1/9/23, winning by only 2,789, has since sponsored bills that attack marginalized communities within Legislative District 17. Whether it be SB1413- criminalizing our most vulnerable houseless neighbors with no solutions or her attack on our State Constitution, and how we govern ourselves; or SB1700, allowing anyone opposed to book/s in grades K-12, file an objection against the book/s with the Department of Education; or SB1435, undermining the Arizona Bar Association, making the Arizona Supreme Court the final decision-makers of lawyers; or HB2456- shortening the school accreditation for the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind from 8 years to 4 years; increasing administrative and regulatory burdens without credible cause after 100+ years of operation. She is amplifying hysteria about drag performances, SB1698, eliminating the words "drag show" but with the same intent to declare them as unlawful exposure to children carrying possible felony charges for parents. We cannot wait until 2024, Senator Wadsack must be recalled for the sake of LD17 and the people of Arizona because of known draconian bills and those possibly to come. Join us in acquiring 30,981 signatures for her removal.

Overview:
"I am exercising my constitutional rights as a free citizen of The United State of America, and following all the laws on the books to recall Governor Katie Hobbs. The grounds for which I am calling for her recall are a wide open southern border with Millions of Undocumented people entering illegally. Ms. Hobbs has no plan to rectify the situation and the problem continues to worsen by the day. In addition, Ms. Hobbs has lost the public trust by not providing the citizens of Arizona and type of transparency as pertaining to her recent travels to Asia and Washington DC. Lastly, Ms. Hobbs has completely lost the trust of her constituents by not being able to nominate any of her cabinet members and the Arizona Legislature is in total disarray under her leadership. For these reasons, I am seeking to file an application for recall and intend on collecting the needed signatures on the petition to make this happen. Thank you.
