Statement:
Ruben Gallego is the son of an immigrant mother from Colombia and an immigrant father from Mexico. He was raised in Chicago by his mother along with his three sisters and worked for most of his young adult life, including summer jobs at a hot dog joint and a meat packing plant. After high school, Ruben went to Harvard where he cleaned other students’ bathrooms, worked at a meat packing plant and was a reservist during college to afford school. He later used his money saved while fighting in Iraq to pay off the $15,000 he had left in debt. Ruben deployed to Iraq as a United States Marine Infantryman in 2005 where his company saw some of the worst fighting and the heaviest casualties of the Iraq War, losing 22 Marines and a Navy Corpsman in eight months. His military service led to him seeking public office. Ruben resigned from the State House in order to run for Congress in 2014 where he won a five-way primary with nearly half the vote. He has been elected several times since and is running for the United States Senate. Ruben lives in Phoenix with his wife Sydney and son Michael.

Statement:
I was born in 1948 in Mexico to parents from from Durango and San Antonio. I am currently chair of the Pima County Green Party. I am running for US Senate because I feel compelled to act to stop the genocide in Gaza and respond to threats of nuclear war and climate crisis brought by wars for empire carried out by the Democrats and Republicans. People are suffering from evictions, hunger, lack of affordable health care, staggering student loans, high rents and food prices, pollution of water, air. We , the Greens, can provide hope and start to realize the immense potential to fulfill human needs and end the cruel, dangerous reality we live under. With your help, we can build a movement to provide human needs for all instead of outrageous private profits for the few. I have been a labor, environmental , human rights, and peace activist most of my adult life. I’ve been President of the Machinists’ Union, the Teamsters, CWA, and Steelworkers. I founded Tucsonans for a Clean Environment (TCE) to address the contamination of our aquifer and destruction of the Santa Ritas by Hudbay/Rosemont.

A lifelong Democrat and a proud resident of CD1, Conor's campaign is built on integrity, dedication, and a profound understanding of the district's pressing issues. Growing up in what is now CD1 after immigrating to America from Ireland, Conor excelled in Scottsdale public schools. He developed a deep commitment to serving others, inspired by his grandfather's strong sense of duty as a general for the United Nations. Additionally, Conor's early experiences as a House Page offered invaluable insight into Congress, igniting his passion for positively impacting his community. His father's service as a doctor at the Mayo Clinic and an Arizona state commissioner under Governor Rose Mofford enriched his understanding of governance, solidifying his determination to work tirelessly for a brighter future. With two undergraduate degrees, an MPA from an Ivy League university, and a law degree, Conor has had a successful career on Wall Street. It is uniquely qualified to represent constituents at the federal level. Conor and his wife, Tina, are proudly raising their three sons in the very place where Conor himself grew up. Like Conor, his boys are attending public schools in the community.

Statement:
Hi, my name is Amish, and I'm proud to have served as an Arizona State Representative for the last several years. I now ask for your continued consideration and support as I run for United States Congress in 2024. The last few years were stressful for our state and our nation, and I hope that we bring out the "better angels of our nature" in each of us as President Lincoln once said. Let's support and uplift each other as we face daunting societal challenges such as rising housing costs and homelessness, underfunded public education, and inaccessible or unaffordable health care. Meanwhile, we as your elected officials must work as hard as we can to deliver results for you on these fronts. I continue to push for a culture of hard work, civility, responsiveness, and a drive for excellence in our government. Amish Shah, MD

For over two decades, Raquel Terán has lifted up the voices of our communities. Born in Douglas, Arizona, and raised in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, on the street that divides the United States from Mexico, her family taught her that you must put your values into action. Terán began her public service journey in 2001 with Americorps. In 2006, facing heightened anti-immigrant sentiment in Arizona, Terán started organizing our community and built the coalition that successfully recalled Senator Russell Pearce, author of SB 1070, and rejected Joe Arpaio in 2016. Terán traded her megaphone for a microphone when she was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives in 2018. In 2021, Terán was appointed to the State Senate and elected Chair of the Arizona Democratic Party, leading the party to historic wins in 2022. Raquel previously served on the board of Chicanos Por La Causa, and is a current board member of Arizona Center for Empowerment and Living United for Change. Arizonans need someone in their foxhole. We need someone who will show up and have our back, no matter what. America’s promise is slipping away. We’re less safe. We’re spending more to buy less. We aren’t sure our children will have a better life than we did. But I have a deep and abiding faith in this country and I believe we can renew that promise. America’s promise is the freedom to live as you choose. It’s the unbridled opportunity to rise, no matter where you come from. It’s the security that comes from creating peace through strength. We need a leader with the courage to speak the truth, no matter the consequences. We need a leader with the clarity to grow our economy, reform education, protect our borders, and strengthen our position on the world stage. I’ve taken on tough fights against radical islam and COVID-19 shutdowns. I’ve served our country in uniform and I’ve served this community as a physician for over 25 years. As a member of Congress, I will never back down from a fight for America or my community. I’m proud to be husband to Gada and father of three beautiful children.

I am running for the Arizona State Senate because I care about my community and will fight to make Arizona a better place to live, work, raise a family and retire. In addition to your representative since 2016, I am an environmental law professor and the proud mother of a TUSD student. In Phoenix, I introduced legislation to fund our schools, teachers and staff, expand career and technical education, support families in need, promote clean energy and prevent the cycle of crime and poverty that is swelling our prisons. I proudly received a 100% score from the Children’s Action Alliance, an A from the Sierra Club, and the Friend of Cities and Towns award from the League of Arizona Cities and Towns. Arizona’s tradition of independence is more important than ever as we see the harmful impacts of the Trump Administration’s policies on our economy, people and environment. I will work alongside my colleagues to lead our country by example. There’s so much more I want to do for our community. Thank you for your vote to return me to the legislature.

By acting as an ambassador for Arizona, I will facilitate constructive conversations, find common ground, and focus on what truly matters: the well-being of our great citizens.” I’m not a career politician. I am a Tucson native, from a blue collar family, who served this country and community. I’ve worked hard in life. I learned how to be strong, and do the right thing in the face of previous errors. It's called accountability. I served my country in the Army where the "Adapt and Overcome" philosophy carried me through adversity to many great accomplishments in life. I am proof that with accountability and hard work, anyone can achieve great things in education and career, while still embracing my family's immigrant heritage. With grown daughters and school-age grandchildren, it is of the great importance that we push for positive changes in our communities and schools, making better spaces for our kids, safe and free streets, and healthy futures. Our children are the next generation, let’s make sure we guard our American freedoms and liberties.

Raúl Grijalva is a Tucson native who has dedicated his life's work to public service and improving the quality of life for Arizonans. Quality public education, protecting our public lands and environment, creating a functioning immigration system, and ensuring good wages and the right for workers to organize are some of his top concerns. In Congress, Raúl has led the fight to address climate change, hold polluters accountable, and preserve public lands for future generations. He advocates for providing needed resources to our faltering education system and making access to debt-free higher education a reality. He plays a leadership role in protecting Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, and creating a fair economy that benefits everyone, not just the wealthiest few. Raúl champions comprehensive immigration reform to create a functioning and healthy immigration system for our nation. He supports full funding to safely process asylum seekers, providing aid to local communities and organizations that are providing humanitarian assistance, and creating a secure status for existing undocumented individuals and families to bring those people out of the shadows. Raúl believes creating a workable immigration process is essential to fulfilling our obligations, addressing workforce and aging population challenges, and remaining a global leader.

My wife's Mom & Dad moved into our neighborhood, just five doors down. My folks, moved from renting a home in a Del Webb community in Henderson, NV to buying a home in Sun City Grand. We raised our children and took care of our parents in CD #8. I am a conservative who believes the Republican party is becoming a "Big Tent". I hold deeply conservative values. I have some ideas for our district, but first I must meet my constituents and listen to their needs and what is important to them. For me to represent CD#8, this is my number one goal and always will be. I look forward to seeing and conversing with as many as possible in CD#8 over the next year. Trent Franks was a reliable conservative voice in Congress for 15 years, having consistently been rated "Most Conservative Member of the House of Representatives". He has received numerous awards in recognition of his commitment to conservative and constitutional principles, including cutting spending, lowering taxes, defending the innocent, and strengthening our national defense. In Trent's own words... "To broadly paraphrase the first Republican President, Abraham Lincoln, every nation must have a core foundation from which all of its lesser principles and policies emanate. We hold these truths to be self-evident that all of us are created by God Almighty, and that is indeed what makes us all truly equal and priceless. As State Senator, President Donald Trump endorsed me because he knows how important it is to elect qualified candidates to our Republican Party and to the State of Arizona. President Trump referred to me as “…an incredible fighter for Election Integrity” and applauded my work fighting for Economic growth, support of the Second Amendment, Jobs, Secure Borders, and Public Education. As a current State Senator and a member of the Arizona Freedom Caucus, I stood up to the special interests and stopped many bad bills. I need your vote to ensure that we use common sense to secure our borders against the ongoing migrant invasion and push back against attempts by the Joe Biden’s and Katie Hobbs administrations to drag us into socialism. My eight-year voting record is proof I am a true conservative. I’ve been awarded the Liberty Award, Friend of the Family Award, and Hero of the Taxpayer Award. My wife and I have lived in CD08 for over 35 years and love the West Valley and the state of Arizona. If you want a proven conservative fighting on your behalf, I humbly ask for your vote. Thank you!

I am running for the Arizona Corporation Commission and as a Commissioner I will address some of the most compelling issues of our time: • I will move to immediately sanction Arizona companies complicit in the US/Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people. • To address the climate crisis… • We will also sanction the mining companies destroying the Santa Rita’s, Oak Flat and other Native American sacred sites and polluting our groundwater. • I will target agri-business companies’ waste of our scarce water resources in the middle of mega drought in the desert southwest. • Companies exploiting people with high rental rates and evictions will be evaluated for fines and sanctions accordingly. • We will identify energy companies that are slow-walking transition to renewable energy while promoting fossil fuels. They will face restrictions, fines and sanctions. • Insurance companies will not be permitted to profit from human suffering. We will demand fair rates until we can implement universal healthcare. • Weapons companies supplying the Democrats and the Republicans the tools for a permanent war economy and wars for empire bringing us every day closer to nuclear war will be sanctioned.

Everyone claims to be a conservative who wants to make Arizona and America great again. But while my opponents have been talking about what they hope to do, I've actually been doing the work, right here in Yavapai County. Balanced budgets, historic tax cuts, more money for schools and public safety, the nation's best school choice and Second Amendment protections, fighting to secure our borders and end the Biden Border Crisis, and protecting the unborn and families in need. As a former Secretary of State, now Vice Chair of the Senate Elections Committee, I play a lead role in legislation to improve election security and integrity, increase transparency, and give voters elections they can trust. I fix bills that won’t work and pass bills that do, like verifying that the number of eligible voters who cast ballots actually matches the number of ballots counted. I serve because we need EFFECTIVE conservatives in office. I’m running with experienced Representatives Selina Bliss and Quang Nguyen, very effective conservatives! I am not a politician looking for my next office – I am a small businessman who loves my community and state. I ask for your vote so I can keep fighting for you!

I am running for AZ Senate LD 1 with the Clean Slate for Democracy to take corruption out of politics. I want to strengthen traditional public schools and voter rights, the bedrock institutions of our democratic republic. The three-decade defunding of Arizona’s public schools, which has placed us last in the US, must be reversed to achieve the following: • A comprehensive solution for P-20 education, including increasing access and affordability of PreK and higher education. • More resources going to schools to serve the students most in need (poverty/opportunity weight). • Funding that solves our next fiscal challenges when federal COVID relief funds dry up in 2024 or the Prop 123 triggers activate. • A long-term fix for the Aggregate Expenditure Limit. • A significant investment in special education. • Funding for full day kindergarten • Raising teacher pay to a competitive level. Efforts to place election outcomes in the hands of partisan groups must be stopped. Let’s empower voters so voting is easy and secure. We need to retain early voting. To create an economy that works for all of us, Arizona needs a fair tax structure to prevent structural deficits and balance the tax burden equitably. CleanSlateAZLD1.com

Reinventing the economy for the 21st century and lowering costs for Arizona families. Helping to shape and pass bipartisan laws will be a priority. You have a second amendment right to bear arms. With rights though… must come responsibilities. Common sense gun laws can help keep our communities safe. I respect your right, if you oppose abortion… so please respect each woman’s right to choose what is best for her own body and unique circumstances. Securing Arizona’s border and fixing a broken immigration process. This includes investments in technology, staffing, and barriers where they make sense. Ensure a sustainable water supply in Arizona. Solutions include upgrading infrastructure and improving water management and conservation strategies. With Republicans currently holding a slim 16-14 majority over the Democrats in the Arizona State Senate… the voters of District 3 deserve a choice in this election. I work hard every day to keep my promises -- to be a strong voice for rural Arizona, to protect taxpayers and keep our budget balanced, to fight for secure borders and secure elections, to increase school funding and teacher pay, and to improve our transportation and water infrastructure. I've kept those promises and many others. As the only rancher in the legislature, I’m involved in lots of issues dealing with the ranching, agriculture, and farming communities in our state. I have a pro-Constitution, pro-family values, and pro-taxpayer voting record because I know that preserving and expanding freedom is my most solemn responsibility. My record is 100% pro-2nd Amendment, 100% pro-Life, and 100% pro-Taxpayer. And I continue to fight to ensure we get our share of funding for local priorities, often over the objections of Maricopa County legislators. There are too many politicians at the State Capitol and not enough of us regular folks who do the jobs that make Arizona work. I'll keep working to do the very best I can for you and I ask for your vote. On behalf of my awesome wife Diana and our amazing kids, thank you for your support and your continued trust!

I was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona and moved to Flagstaff six years ago to attend NAU. I fell in love with the Northern Arizona community, landscape, and people, so I made the decision to settle down here after I graduated! I am the current Northern Regional Director for the Arizona Students' Association, where I spend my days registering and encouraging college students to vote, advocating at the state legislature for student issues, and training the next generation of student leaders. I was also the campaign manager for Kyle Nitschke, who ran for State Senate in 2022. I am the child of educators who has seen firsthand the need in this state for public education funding and support for our teachers and students. I am a queer 24-year-old who has been to more protests than anyone their age should have to in order to fight for their right to exist. I am a person who can get pregnant who was forced to watch as the Supreme Court took away the right to our bodies. I am someone who has vowed to create change in the state that they love.

I am a retired Mesa Police Sergeant who served and protected this community for 27 years. I have lived in Mesa for over 30 years, and served as an officer in the same area that I have lived. This has given me a unique perspective on the issues that we face. Two years ago, I chose to run for office because our state senator was not upholding our values. I beat the incumbent State Senator with nearly twice as many votes in the Republican primary race. We must secure Arizona’s border, and as a former police officer, I will stand up for law enforcement and make sure they have the resources they need to keep us safe. As a small business owner, I will advocate for less regulation, lower taxes, and reduced spending. We must restore the American dream with the ability to own a home and relieve the burden of rising costs. As a father and public charter school board member, I will defend the rights of parents to make decisions about their children’s education. I will be a voice for individuals, and I will bring integrity and principled conservative leadership to the Arizona Senate. Learn more at SupportScantlebury.com.

We need better funding for education, more affordable housing options for seniors and young families, high quality jobs, and sustainable water solutions. As your State Senator and a computer systems analyst, I am a problem-solver with a successful track record. I have led and supported statewide, bipartisan teams to pass legislation to help you get what you paid for in your health insurance policy, and to improve Unemployment Insurance for workers and for employers. Your purchasing power, and your power to choose your own path in life are top of mind for me. Arizona has a large job market now, and our policies should make it affordable to get the education and childcare you need to advance in your career. As a small business owner, I know first-hand that public policies must provide a supportive environment for your business to compete and grow. As Senate Minority Leader I fight for better funding for our public schools and worthy wages for essential workers – caregivers, teachers, firefighters, etcetera. The whole innovation economy thrives when you get the opportunities and respect you deserve. I am working for fiscal responsibility and collaborating to build on Arizona’s strengths.

As your legislator I’ve written laws that helped create jobs, supported our small businesses by cutting bureaucratic red tape, protected health coverage for Arizonans with preexisting conditions, directed more money into our kids’ classrooms, created the Teacher Academy at our universities, helped employees get wages rightfully owed, protected survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, confronted the opioid epidemic, shielded seniors from financial exploitation, promoted veteran-friendly college campuses, and increased savings for the state’s rainy-day fund (proving crucial during this pandemic). For these accomplishments I’ve won Guardian of Small Business, Champion of the Taxpayer, Friend of the Family, Open Government Leader awards and more. I even had the honor of being elected Arizona Speaker of the House, where I crafted fiscally responsible budgets and personally sponsored the largest education investment in state history, dramatically boosting teacher pay 20%. Today's historic health and economic challenges require someone with the right experience and a track record of success to navigate. That’s why I need your vote. Let me continue using my diverse background, which includes husband (to a registered nurse), father, professor and small business owner, with master's degrees in business and public administration, to keep delivering results for you.

As the 2021 National Legislator of the Year, a 100% rated constitutional conservative legislator, a champion of the family and taxpayers, an A+ defender of the Second Amendment, and fierce advocate for the freedom, opportunity, and prosperity that exists in Arizona, you can have confidence that I'll always fight for you. At the Capitol I have been hard at work to secure our elections, cut taxes, help Arizona families struggling with inflation, protect children from sexually explicit materials in our schools, eliminate woke ideology throughout our government, defeat ESG, and much more. I believe Arizona's best days are still to come, but it will take patriots stepping up to win the war of ideas and rein in our out of control government. I believe that together, standing firm in the Lord, we will preserve freedom for generations to come. I’m proud to be running as a team with two incredible conservative Republicans, Jacqueline Parker and Neal Carter. I ask that you support all three of us. You get ONE vote for Senate and TWO votes for House. If you want a conservative team that works together to get great things done, please vote for HOFFMAN, PARKER, and CARTER for Legislature!

I’m proud to be your State Senator, and I never forget why I ran for office, or who I work for. I’ve worked to put an end to the liberal establishment running our state, and to make sure rural Arizona has a strong voice to stand up to the Maricopa County majorities that dominate our State Legislature. I’ve been named Champion of the Taxpayer, Friend of the Family, earned an A+ from the NRA, turned our state’s budget deficit into a surplus, and helped turn Arizona into the #1 pro-life state, #1 pro-2nd Amendment state, and #1 pro-school choice state in the country, all while cutting regulations and growing jobs! Your values are my values! I’ve served as Speaker of the House, giving Southern and rural Arizona real influence, and today, as the Senate Appropriations Chairman, that influence continues. My mission is the same – to give you, our district, and Arizona, my very best! I continue to fight for election integrity, secure borders, high-paying jobs, quality schools and school choice, taking care of our police and veterans, and more. I ask for your vote and thank you for the trust you've shown in me through the years. God bless!

I believe that democracy is best served by a vigorous discussion of the issues facing our state government. For too long opposing viewpoints are routinely ignored by our state elected officials. A strong multi-party system helps ensure that those in power are held accountable by the voters. Arizona state government must Invest in public education that guarantees ALL students in Arizona outstanding schools, build a modern infrastructure; stop tax breaks to special interests; allow local governments to govern; support economic fairness; champion diversity and inclusion, create an environment for sustained economic growth that provides good jobs and good pay checks for workers in rural Arizona while protecting our precious natural resources and environment; protect a women’s right to choose; and ensure access to affordable comprehensive healthcare for all. If elected, I will work hard as your state representative to be a voice for southeastern Arizona counties of Cochise, Greenlee, Graham and Pima. I pledge to listen to everyone, respecting those that do not agree with me; representing all of you, ethically, honestly, effectively and professionally. I'm Senator Sally Ann Gonzales. It's been my honor to serve my LD20 constituents for the past 13 years. My mission has been to advocate and protect our most vulnerable citizens; our children and elders. Now more than ever is this most crucial, as our country and state go through these uncertain times and as our Arizona's Universal Voucher Program is and will continue to bankrupt our state. I will continue to advocate for Arizona to provide a safety-net for all our citizens, in areas of health, employment loss and our children’s education. By Fully funding our public schools while improving the working conditions for our dedicated teachers is a must. I am also committed to expanding vocational opportunities and upgrading our workforce by funding and supporting programs like JTED. It is essential that our three universities/community colleges be recognized, treated and funded as engines of economic development in Arizona. Clean air and water are essential to the well-being of our citizenry therefore, Arizona must have strong laws to ensure the protection and improvement of our environment. To further my work on these causes, I humbly ask for your continued support on August 6, 2024.

Leezah is dedicated to fighting for these issues, and has a proven track record of championing unions and working families. She believes in improving education funding for both our students and teachers so that we can provide a brighter future for Arizona. Arizona has been home for over 30+ years. As long as I have been able to choose my home, it's been right here in The Great 48! I’m a true Constitutional Conservative, happily married ranch wife, bonus mom & Nana, cowgirl, and a Registered Operating Room Nurse. I’ve been in politics for many years, but the lockdowns, mandates, and shutting down of scientific debate during the Covid pandemic got me very involved in the fight for medical freedom and our rights. I am 100% a Trump supporter, an American who loves her country, and an Arizonan who knows we need a proven fighter at the State level! Election Integrity, Medical Freedom, Border Security, Securing our Water, Agriculture Industry support, Parental Authority via School Choice, and ensuring the protection of our God given Constitutional Rights are at the top of my list of current issues. We The People need to get the government and political establishment out of our everyday lives and increase OUR voices at the State and Federal levels of government! We need America First voices and fresh ideas in our Arizona State Senate and I have proven that I am the Nurse for this job!

I am a Kingman property owner and disabled Army Veteran who believes our water should be managed to protect the interest of the people, Arizona veterans who are falling through the cracks deserve better, and constitutional protections should apply equally to all citizens. I ran for AZ Senate in 2018 on these same issues, and have continued to fight for them through Real Change (a non-partisan common ground issue-focused PAC), but it's not enough. We need legislators who will fight to protect our water, fight to protect our veterans, and fight to protect the rights of Arizona's women. I will be that legislator. My background is predominantly in foster care social work, family counseling, and K-12 education. I have a masters degree from Loma Linda University in Family Studies, I was an NCFR Certified Family Life Educator with a private practice in Claremont, and I am an Arizona credentialed substitute teacher. Politically, I am a conservative/moderate Democrat with three legislative agendas: AMA for all LD30 basins, mandatory CASA for veterans in guardian/conservatorship, and an explicit Arizona law to protect a woman's right to purchase a firearm. My name is J'aime Morgaine, and I am asking for your vote. Thank you!

I am an actor and director who is passionate about culture serving community. I am a son of the American Revolution – with deep roots in Pennsylvania. I came to Arizona three decades ago as a Rust Belt refugee with Appalachian values: invest in the community, help others, question authority. My favorite founding father said, “It is the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority.” I admired Benjamin Franklin for that quote and for advocating to abolish slavery in our original constitution. My alma mater, Antioch College had the motto, “Be ashamed to die until you have won a victory for humanity”. Winning victories for humanity and questioning authority are the values that underpin my work in the arts, where I believe it is necessary to be realistic ask for the impossible, and gently push people to new possibilities. My performance work inspires productive discussions and creates experiences and forums to engage, build, and sustain community. Our legislature can be improved by learning to function like an ensemble theater with critical thinking and skillful listening. I want to renew the art of dialogue in our legislature and improve our quality of life. I look forward to serving you.

I am a candidate for the Arizona House in Legislative District 1. We are one community. We need legislators who will provide solutions to our problems, not seek to divide us. We all agree we need access to affordable healthcare and housing. We all agree too many of our residents are suffering due to mental health issues. Most of us agree women should have the right to make their own decisions about whether they are able to continue a pregnancy. I support the Arizona Abortion Access Act because I trust women. As an officer in the U.S. Navy, I took an oath to defend our Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. I am running to defend, protect and preserve the sacred cause of American democracy. I am a true oath keeper. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, where I studied Economics and Spanish. After my Naval service, I attended Albany Law School. I have represented healthcare providers for over 25 years. My husband and I chose to live in Arizona because of its natural beauty and its commitment to individual liberty. I would be proud to serve as your representative in the Arizona State House.

Howdy everyone! I have had the honor of serving in the Arizona House of Representatives for the past two years. I've spent that time fighting against overreaching COVID mandates and supporting election integrity reforms. In 2021, I had more bills signed into law than any other first-year freshman in modern state history. I'm very proud I can be an effective Legislator for our district and I understand how to get the job done. During my first term, I was the Vice Chairman of the Transportation Committee. Also, I was a member of the Commerce Committee and Health Committee. Those topics are all fascinating to me and you'd be surprised what comes our way in those committees. I've spent my entire career in public policy. I've worked a combined 12 years at two different state legislatures, including here in Arizona, where I was a policy staffer for the Republican Caucus. I also worked at Americans for Prosperity, a Conservative entity focused on lowering taxes, regulations and shrinking government wherever possible. I'm running again to ensure our great state continues to be friendly for free markets and individual liberties! I look forward to earning your support.

Neither of us knew that we’d be dealing with a Democrat in the Governor’s office when you elected me to deliver on a bold conservative agenda. But you didn’t hire the kind of guy who makes excuses. So, instead, I found ways to get results. Whether it was helping deliver the first tax rebate in decades, getting major health freedom wins signed into law, attaching common-sense measures to secure our elections to must-pass legislation, or rolling up my sleeves to solve a water crisis in Rio Verde, we proved that hard work and creativity can advance Republican principles even in a challenging partisan environment. I’m running for re-election because my kids deserve to grow up in the Arizona I know and love. One where taxes and regulation are low, where parents, not bureaucrats, control their children’s education and where the government exists to guard your freedoms, not take them away. There’s still a lot more work to do and I’m not done fighting for you yet!

Statement:
Since I was a child, I have always had an interest in politics. In 1988 I attended the Republican State Convention in Tacoma Washington. At that time, I wanted to run for office, but raising a family took precedence. I believe God and Family should be first in every decision we make. Now that my children are grown, and it's just my wife and I, she encouraged me to run for office, since LD6 needs Republican representation. My issues are listed below. I would like to promote trade schools in the region. We need to supply the tools for the people so the people could build stronger communities. We live in a rural area and trade schools are more realistic for the jobs in rural Arizona. I believe small business is the backbone of America. We need to support and strengthen small business in our communities. I have always valued life & believe life begins at conception. I am a pro life/pro family candidate that is committed to doing what it takes to protect families. I am a strong advocate for the 2nd amendment. I would appreciate your prayer & support.

My motto” is “Believe in the greatness of America”. This is reflected with the bills I had sponsored against the spread of sexual indoctrination in schools, allowing moments of moral reflection in schools, having kids say the Pledge, the sole sponsor of ONEDAY/ONE VOTE, election integrity Pres Trump spoke of, accountability in education by trying to end “SOCIAL” promotions forcing kids to repeat/or summer school and offering High school apprenticeship courses where kids were paid while being taught. This is our home. Brian was raised by our community. He was the first in his family to graduate from high school, college, graduate school, and earn a law degree. Brian has been successful because of teachers, mentors, and community leaders that have helped along the way. One teacher is Mindy Udall – his Social Studies teacher. She instilled the importance of civic engagement. It is because of teachers like Mindy who have gone above and beyond for first-generation students like Brian that create opportunities for us to grow and give back to our communities. Brian is passionate about supporting public education, affordable housing, abortion and reproductive rights, affordable healthcare, and democracy, among others. For ten years as your public servant elected to the Arizona Legislature, I have fought to restore integrity and accountability in government. Having grown up in poverty with a single mother, I know that individual success is built on a shared investment in public education, infrastructure, health, economic stability, housing, and safety. Now as a new father, I know firsthand how important it is that we end the political and economic inequalities that punish many Arizonans by denying opportunities to better the future of their children. I received my associate's from Phoenix College, bachelor's from ASU, and am pursuing a Master's in Public Administration. Previously, I managed AZ Community Voice Mail, a nonprofit where I connected thousands living in poverty, transition, and homelessness to jobs, housing, information, and hope. I also served on the Tempe Community Council. I recently was a substitute teacher for Tempe & Mesa high schools and co-instructor at Phoenix College. The number one barrier to progress for all at the Capitol is the influence of big money in elections. Money shouldn’t determine how legislators vote. I am running for re-election as a part of your publicly-funded Clean Elections Team with support from voters like you.

Mary Ann Mendoza was thrust into the illegal immigration fight when her son, Sgt Brandon Mendoza of Mesa PD, was tragically killed on 5/12/14, by a drunk, wrong-way illegal driver. The new administration has made it impossible to have constructive conversations-or a meeting of the minds on immigration issues requiring reform. Immigration laws must be upheld. Mary Ann Mendoza is a voice for Angel Families across America, and a victim of cancel-culture for speaking about many issues facing America. The only way to meet the challenges facing us is to get involved and take action. That is exactly what Mary Ann is stepping up for in LD 9. a Main issues facing Americans now is assault on Constitutional rights. Our educational systems are using their platform to override parental rights. Now is the time to disrupt the liberal agenda and restore respect, honor, and constitutional soundness. We the People hold the power, understanding, and rights to ensure local, state, and federal government governs for the people, in accordance with the Constitution to preserve the rights we are guaranteed as citizens of a free nation. Now is the time to make that happen.

Denise and I believe in service and have worked extensively with several local charities. In addition, we have volunteered numerous times for medical missions in the third world, treating children with severe Orthopedic disabilities. I'm a lifelong republican and ready to drain the Arizona swamp. I'll fight to end illegal immigration and prohibit taxpayer-funded benefits for those here illegally. I'll secure our elections, so it is easy to vote but impossible to cheat. I'll keep taxes and regulations low so our economy can thrive. I'll support school choice and parental right and work to abolish CRT, DEI and protect women's sports. I'll improve our healthcare systems. I'm prepared to stand up against government bureaucrats trying to impose unconstitutional and ineffective medical mandates. I ran a successful medical practice for decades and know that government is too large, too burdensome, and too expensive. Restoring our liberties means making government smaller and returning to our constitutional roots. This includes free speech and the right to bear arms. I'm ready to roll and ask for your support.

First elected to the House of Representatives in 2010 on a platform of smaller government, lower taxes, and more freedom, Olson exemplifies what it means to be a citizen legislator. Unlike the career politicians who often become out-of-touch with needs and concerns of their constituents, Olson has always held full-time employment in the private sector while serving his constituents as a lawmaker. Working in a demanding career as a tax analyst has kept Olson grounded in the day-to-day realities of earning a paycheck, putting food on the table and working within the laws that misguided politicians too often create. This perspective has led Olson to successfully advocate legislation to decrease the burden that government places on families, small businesses and individuals. Olson’s commitment to conservative principles has led nearly every conservative organization in Arizona to rate him as one of the very best of the state’s legislators. Those recognitions include “Champion of the Taxpayer” by American’s for Prosperity, an “A” rating by the National Rifle Association, and a “Champion of Small Business” by the National Federation of Independent Business. Justin is a lifelong resident of Mesa where he and his wife, Karyn, are currently raising their children.

In office, Oscar will fight for smaller class sizes and better teacher pay, more jobs with living wages and good benefits in our community, and healthcare as a human right.

My mother Peggy died when I was 12 years old. She told me, "Give your life for others, change the world". Her inspiring words have led me to a life of service. I am running for the House of Representatives for Guadalupe, South Mountain, and Laveen. Armando Ruiz, my father and former State Representative, advised me to be a public servant, not a politician. My life journey took me from the heart of South Phoenix to Washington DC where I studied Global Economics. I know how to work with community leaders and find solutions to community issues. Recently, I have focused on: - Teachers need affordable housing. I co-established Teacher Town, an affordable housing initiative in South Phoenix for teachers. - Our children deserve safe neighborhoods. I worked with my neighborhood to remove a biker bar that brought drugs and violence within 500 feet of our school. - We are a global society. I co-founded the Academy of the Americas, a program that takes students from our community to other countries to discuss innovative solutions with leaders in education, politics, and business.

In 2017, Michael was approached to lead as an educator. He taught high school for two years and Social Studies to fifth grade students for three years. I am your current State Representative for Legislative District 12. I am on the Health & Human Services Committee and Transportation & Infrastructure Committee. Education, Seniors, and the Environment are my priorities. I have advocated for, and will always advocate for, marginalized community members, especially the elderly, minorities, immigrants, and the LGBTQ community. I love this state and its diversity. It has a diverse climate, a diverse geography, and a diverse population. As your State Representative I will represent the diverse population of our district and the state. As a citizen, I marched for Women, to Save our Schools, and for responsible gun legislation. Like Thomas Jefferson said, “We do not have a government by the majority. We have a government by the majority who participate.” I am a 30+year resident of Ahwatukee-Foothills (Phoenix). I am a third generation Arizonan from Somerton, in Southwestern Arizona. My grand-parents were migrant farm workers and my father was a small businessman in Yuma. I have a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Administration from NAU. I was a public servant for 30+ years serving Phoenix residents and want to continue to be in your service.

I'm a U.S. Army Veteran, Scientist and Mom. I see the world of opportunity for our children getting smaller: from access to education, making their own family planning and healthcare decisions, the environment they will inherit, and whether they will have a voice in their democracy. Arizonans deserve a better future. I want to expand the choices and opportunities for Arizonans. As a mother, I think a lot about the legacy we are leaving to our children. Politicians rarely seem to consider what the long-term ramifications their policies will have on subsequent generations. We are the stewards of their future. I fought for our country, our freedoms, and our future. Our country is currently divided and that doesn’t help Arizona families. The government needs to work for us again. “We the people” needs to mean something once more. We need to bring common sense back into government, to focus more on issues that bring us together, less on what divides us, and a return to fiscal responsibility that can still meet the needs of Arizona's working families. That’s the example we need to set for future generations!

District 14 needs a proven Conservative voice to fight for us at the Capitol. Our country has gone through a dark and seismic shift under Biden. Too many elected officials have put power and radical agendas ahead of We the People. The impact of the open border crisis can no longer be sustained. 2024 can be the turnaround year for our state and country, but we must act swiftly, boldly and decisively. Leadership doesn't start in Washington, it starts locally, with courageous concerned citizens. I'm not a politician. I'm a wife, mom, and unapologetic conservative. I love this community more than words can explain. My children were born here and Nate and I have made Gilbert home for nearly twenty years. I have run a business, served in our community and fought tirelessly for education reform. I'm running to be the bold conservative voice our community desperately needs. I will fight to secure our border and our elections, put our families first, fight for education outcomes and options, protect Arizona’s water future, stand up for small businesses, and prioritize public safety. Trust me with your vote and I'll be your voice in the Capitol to make Arizona great again!

Serving as your representative is a position of sacred trust, a trust I take very seriously. Issues close to my heart include protecting religious liberty and the unborn, reducing taxes and spending, eliminating government waste, enhancing border security, and protecting the integrity of education through expanding parental rights and school choice. I am 100% pro-life: I voted for the heartbeat bill and for an end to chemical abortions: 100% pro-2nd Amendment: a longtime CCW permit holder myself and sporting enthusiast; 100% committed to reducing taxes: I've signed Americans for Tax Reform's pledge never to raise taxes, and 100% committed to freedom whether it be health freedom, educational freedom, or economic freedom. Victories this past session include fighting against mask requirements by passing a bill in the State House banning masks at all government offices and standing up for local determination where incorporation is involved. Fighting for you means building allies with shared vision and tested principles. I'm proud to be running with Jacqueline Parker and Jake Hoffman as your conservative, constitutional voice in the legislature. No other team has the expertise, wherewithal and stamina to champion your causes better than Carter, Parker and Hoffman. Thank you for your vote.

Remember how it used to be just a few short years ago? Arizona families didn’t have to worry about the price of groceries or gas prices. Under President Trump’s leadership, Arizona was thriving. We had record-low unemployment, and our communities were safer than ever before. Today, Arizona is in free-fall. Like the rest of the nation, we are facing a rapid decline. The family unit is being torn apart, violent crime is rising, our police are being vilified, and government bureaucrats are controlling virtually every aspect of our lives, all while career politicians sit idly by, letting it happen. Like you, I believe in the promise of Arizona and I'm willing to fight for it.
That's why I'm running for the Arizona State Legislature - because Arizona families need a fighter. I will represent We The People, not the powerful. I will make America First a priority, not just a campaign talking point.
That means ending illegal immigration, protecting the integrity of our elections, fighting for our shared conservative values, and keeping Washington out of our lives. My name is Michael Way. I'm running to be your Republican representative in District 15, because Arizona families are worth fighting for.

I am an Arizona native, born and raised in mining communities. I am pro-union, pro woman's right to choose, pro LGBTQ and human rights. I am an advocate of public education. The privatization of our public school system is fraught with corruption and there is little to no accountability. I believe we need to strengthen all of our institutions in order to secure our Democracy and maintain a civil society. And that includes the peaceful transfer of power. We must not give election deniers who push fake electoral schemes, the ability to assault and destroy our democracy. Arizona must address immigration reform and push congress to find common sense, legal and humane solutions to a decades old problem. I am in concert with the founding fathers and believe in separation of church and state. I believe in science and the threat of climate change to our planet Republicans are not the party of fiscal responsibility. They have left Arizona with a 2 billion dollar hole in our budget because of flagrant abuse of school vouchers and tax breaks for the rich. Time for change. After graduating University of Buffalo with a MS in Computer Science, I was a software engineer, then after 25 years, I transitioned to a systems engineer. I ran for public office in New York. Now that I got my feet wet, I am campaigning for House LD18. I feel our district needs representation of our constituents. My Engineering experience makes me look at gaps and loopholes. Lets be proactive. Craft new laws appropriately representing our views is more efficient than asking The Bench to rule on statutes. Gregg Frostrom grew up in a small town in rural Maryland. Gregg’s ambition to see the world led him to join the US Army in 1995 and begin a career in Military Intelligence. Two years later he arrived at Fort Huachuca, AZ and fell in love with the sky and stars of Southern Arizona. Gregg returned to Fort Huachuca three more times through his 23 year Army career that included combat deployments to Afghanistan and peacekeeping duties in Kosovo. Gregg retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Four in 2018 to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical research industry. He and his wife, Caroline, have made Arizona their home with their children, Rebecca, Matthew and Ridley. Gregg has a B.A. in Intelligence Studies from American Military University and an MBA from the University of Arizona. As former president of the College Republicans of Salisbury University, Gregg left the GOP in the mid-2000s when he recognized that his old party’s values were shifting towards populism and xenophobia. He still has small town values he was raised with and believes that government should serve the people of LD19 by ensuring better rural healthcare, protecting our water resources and supporting local public schools.

As a lifelong resident of Pima County and a third-generation Tucsonan, I understand the needs and concerns of the people in my district. With 25 years in public service managing affordable housing and community development programs, I am dedicated and ready to represent and serve LD 20 and Arizona. My expertise in housing enables me to work on equitable housing solutions for all. I have served on several boards and commissions that focus on the well-being and culture of Southern Arizona. In April 2020, during my tenure on the Pima County Board of Supervisors amid the pandemic, I recognized the critical need for a well-funded and equipped public health department. I’ll ensure they have what is needed and the authority to do their job. I will advocate and protect our LGBTQ+ rights and women’s and transgender reproductive healthcare freedom. I am dedicated to championing legislation to protect and improve our water, air quality, and natural spaces and resources. I will support public education to ensure our schools are fully funded, safe, and well-maintained. I will work on solution-based policies that will make it better for everyone. My qualifications and experience make me well-prepared to represent LD 20 effectively.

Born and raised in Arizona, it is a privilege to call the beautiful city of Yuma my home. I am a single, working mother and I dedicate my free-time to volunteering for local school programs and community causes. I ran for office to address concerns over the current state of our economy, the needs of our rural community, our kid’s education, and the safety of our neighborhoods. As a mother, I am committed to fighting to bring change that will improve our quality of life and create a bright future for our children. As your State Representative, I have invested in law enforcement to keep our streets safe, increased penalties on drug dealers and human smugglers, and stood up for rural Arizona. We have to protect our water and it is critical to maintain local control over our natural resources. I am proud to represent the great District 23, and I do it with love for our neighbors and country. I believe we can achieve more by working together, like balancing our budget, standing up for small businesses, and providing resources to our first responders. Learn more at MichelePena.com

Lydia Hernandez is the daughter of migrant farmworkers, born in South Texas. Her resilient path began at a young age as a migrant coupled with her parents' insistence on the importance of education are the key components that created Lydia’s hunger for knowledge. She is a graduate of Baylor University. In Arizona, (1993), she grew into a leadership role with Valley Interfaith Project as a grassroots leader, organizing public actions. Her involvement & leadership led to the birth of the Arizona Coalition for Immigrant Rights, an effort to civically engage families in public discourse which ultimately culminated in the massive marches that encouraged over 300,000 families to advocate for immigrant rights. This exposed Arizona nationally, and for the first time, our state was engaged in the conversation with national groups regarding training, civic engagement, citizen workshops, voter registration, and get-out-the-vote efforts. Currently, Mrs. Hernandez serves on the Cartwright School District Governing Board #83 where she has served since 2003. In 2010, under her leadership, turned the District academically around. Mrs. Hernandez is a former State Legislator for LD29 with over 30 years of experience in public service! EDUCATION! JOBS! HOUSING! HEALTH CARE! BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL!

As a lifelong Arizonan, I'm deeply committed to building a brighter future for Arizona. I've seen firsthand the challenges our communities face, from inadequate access to healthcare to underfunded schools. That's why I'm running—to fight for the issues that matter most to Arizonans. Worker's rights are at the core of my platform. I believe in dismantling "right-to-work" laws and advocating for fair wages and safe workplaces for all. I believe in the power of unionizing, and will advocate to strengthen our right to do so. I'm a staunch supporter of reproductive freedom. Everyone should have the right to make their own healthcare decisions without interference from politicians. It’s essential that we protect the right to abortion, and expand access for all. As a current school board member and therapist for children with autism, I understand the importance of investing in our public education system. I'm committed to ensuring that every child in Arizona has access to a quality public education, regardless of their background or zip code. With your support, I will be a strong voice for change in the Arizona State House. Together, we will create a more equitable and prosperous future for all Arizonans. Vote Hector Jaramillo!

I’ve just finished my first term and I can tell you that the battles being fought at the national level between left and right are very real at the state level too. I promised you I’d be a strong conservative voice and I kept my word. I defend the taxpayers, fight for election integrity, vote for school choice, and fight to end illegal immigration. I’ve written bills to secure our elections and provide real transparency and accountability. I’ve voted for efforts to secure our borders in the face of this unreal Biden Border Crisis. I’ve championed agriculture issues for Yuma and the West Valley in Maricopa County, and Arizona’s long-term water future. And I’ve battled the left on a host of issues ranging from taxes to public safety to protecting girl’s locker rooms to school choice to fighting for your medical freedom. I’m grateful for the support I’ve gotten from veterans, cops, doctors and more, and I’ll keep fighting the swamp right here in Arizona. As Chairman of our local district GOP I worked hard to re-elect President Trump, Congressman Gosar, and others, and I’m doing the same today as your Representative. Together, we will do great things for Arizona!

I’m a lifelong Republican who was raised in a conservative Christian military family, which helps explain my commitment to America’s founding values. I’m a small business owner and have experience in food safety, soil, water treatment and water conservation in agriculture through my AWC coursework and the Yuma Safe Produce Council. I also have PSA Grower, Pre-Season, and Pre-Harvest Certificates. All of which gives me valuable expertise in agricultural issues that matter to our district. Most candidates talk about election integrity, but I’m the only candidate who has documented and recorded multiple acts of ballot harvesting, forgery, and intent to commit fraud --leading to Arizona's first indictment and felony convictions for election fraud. In fact, my work was shown in Dinesh D’Souza’s “2000 Mules” movie. I’m running to serve the greater good and have a strong proven grassroots record as an bilingual Precinct Committeeman, State Committeeman, State Delegate and Member-at-Large for the AZ Republican Party. I’m a longtime advocate for law-enforcement, first responders, military members and our Second Amendment rights. With your vote, I’ll focus on critical issues including border security, election integrity, veterans, law enforcement, water conservation, agriculture, infrastructure, medical freedom (no vaccine mandates!), housing, jobs, and religious freedom.

Though I have long been politically conservative, I had little interest in running for office before 2020. But then the Air Force unsuccessfully tried to kick me out after a stellar 19-year career, simply for refusing an emergency-use COVID-19 vaccine I was not legally required to take. That experience, combined with overt tyrannical actions of countless “leaders” nationwide, convinced me that quietly transitioning into civilian life after the military was not in the cards. Since then, I have made dozens of media appearances and worked with Congressmen Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan and Thomas Massie to find redress for thousands of servicemembers unjustly impacted by vaccine mandates. The experience has shown me how much we need courageous political leaders who are unafraid to stand against a popular tide of tyranny — not just about medical freedom, but also border security, gun rights, gender confusion, free speech, water issues, election integrity, the unborn and so many others. I am asking for your vote as the only veteran running in Legislative District 25 for state representative. I was willing to risk losing everything during COVID for what I knew was right — and I’ll keep doing the same as your elected Official.

I have lived in the West Valley as a retiree from Washington State for 5 and half years. My career was spent in the mechanical commercial industrial trades. Having built a stable business from scratch & buying into another, I weathered economic storms, shouldered tremendous responsibilities, lead, managed & volunteered my time in the community & on Executive Boards negotiating labor contracts for unions as well as employers. Those 40+ years produced experience & wisdom that greatly translates to the skills needed as a representative OF THE PEOPLE of LD25 and the state of AZ. I am unafraid to be a bold conservative force that leads with common sense. My goal is to be THE most accountable, accessible, responsive representative LD25 has ever known - devoting FULL TIME focus to the duties thereof; not using this position as a stepping stone to higher political aspirations.

I moved to Surprise, Arizona in 2011 with my wife Lynn, where we opened an award-winning restaurant, New York Flavor. Most of my career was in Marketing and New Business Development. I have been a lifelong advocate, husband, father, and board member. I am currently a board member of The Vista Center for the Arts in Surprise, AZ, committed to bringing quality affordable Arts and Performances to the West Valley. In my present role as a Realtor, I am excited to provide families and individuals with equitable opportunities to become homeowners. Our state is facing some of the greatest challenges we have ever seen. Whether it is the oppression of women and minorities; public education, climate change, affordable housing, wealth, and racial inequality the outlook can seem bleak. I am eager to join our state legislature to apply the knowledge and experience gained over my lifetime, to guide Arizona into the future. When hard-working, committed people come together to reach a goal, we can achieve things that may seem impossible. My experience as a businessman, board member and advocate for democratic issues, is the reason why I will be your LD 25 State House Representative.

I am a proud, third generation Arizonan who is fed up with the status quo. Over the last few years, it has become apparent to me that the people in control of our government do not have the citizens' best interests at heart. I intend to help change that. I am a politically active concerned citizen of our community who wants to make sure the government is kept in check and our freedom is represented. I will do my best to return Arizona to it's people, by eliminating all unnecessary regulations and restrictions that impede the rights and abilities for people to prosper for themselves. I believe the government has taken so much from the people that they have trouble simply surviving, instead of improving. I believe in Personal Property rights and individual sovereignty. I’m a lifelong conservative Republican who has spent years on the front lines. That’s why I was asked to run and why I’m eager to work with other Legislators to meet Arizona’s challenges. Start with obvious stuff like fighting illegal immigration, improving our economy, and trying to bring down high inflation rates, prices on gas and food, and housing costs. We need to continue cleaning up our election process so that every voter can trust the results, no matter who wins. We need to protect school choice from liberal efforts to shut down Arizona's amazing charter schools and ESAs. We need to support our law enforcement and fight the scourge of fentanyl that is killing hundreds of thousands of Americans each year. Then we get into other critical issues like health care, infrastructure, long term water planning, agriculture, looking after our veterans, and an abundant energy supply. I'm running with Kevin Payne and Tony Rivero and we will work as a team.

When I ran for office, I promised to put taxpayers and families first, and I’ve done exactly that. Every candidate claims to support conservative ideas, but I have an actual 100% VOTING RECORD for secure elections, a strong border (including a border wall), and an end to illegal immigration. I have a 100% pro-life and pro-2nd Amendment record. I’ve earned the “Friend of the Family” and “Hero of the Taxpayer” awards and have led on education funding and teacher pay increases. The Wuhan virus hurt our economy but today, Arizona is the fastest recovered state in the country thanks to our low tax and regulatory burden, and a pro-growth environment that keeps government out of the way and lets the free market do its thing. I have opposed special interests, voted NO on bad bills, and was proud to be a 2016 delegate for Donald Trump at the RNC National Convention, so now I have a contested primary. Bring it on! I work for you and will keep doing what’s right. I’m running as a team with Beverly Pingerelli and Frank Carroll and we are glad to be your Proven Conservative Team! I ask for your vote. Thank you!

I'm running for the Arizona House of Representatives in Legislative District 28. Fiscally, I believe economic growth is achieved through lower taxation and regulatory reform, and that election integrity and government transparency are essential to restore trust. I’ve been married 34 years, and my husband and I are blessed with two beautiful daughters. We’ve lived in Arizona for 18 years and our children attended elementary and high school in Peoria. I am hoping to serve the citizens of LD 28 by helping the Arizona legislature focus on the issues affecting them and all Arizonans. I am proud to be a second generation native, and believe the future of the state depends on our willingness to work together to face the issues before us. I support public education that teaches critical thinking and problem solving and I believe growth of our economy is dependent on support for small businesses and affordable housing for workers. As a state, we need to manage our resources – especially water – for the benefit of all, now and in the future. Individuals should be free to exercise the tight to make decisions for their own lives without government interference. We need to work together to find a humanitarian solution to immigration issues. All of these intertwine, and need to be done for the sake of Arizona’s future. My background as a teacher of History, Government, and Economics and my willingness to listen to people and work toward solutions without an agenda make me someone willing to protect Arizona's future.
