Hi, my name is Amish, and I'm proud to have served as an Arizona State Representative for the last several years. I now ask for your continued consideration and support as I run for United States Congress in 2024. The last few years were stressful for our state and our nation, and I hope that we bring out the "better angels of our nature" in each of us as President Lincoln once said. Let's support and uplift each other as we face daunting societal challenges such as rising housing costs and homelessness, underfunded public education, and inaccessible or unaffordable health care. Meanwhile, we as your elected officials must work as hard as we can to deliver results for you on these fronts. I continue to push for a culture of hard work, civility, responsiveness, and a drive for excellence in our government.

Arizonans need someone in their foxhole. We need someone who will show up and have our back, no matter what. America’s promise is slipping away. We’re less safe. We’re spending more to buy less. We aren’t sure our children will have a better life than we did. But I have a deep and abiding faith in this country and I believe we can renew that promise. America’s promise is the freedom to live as you choose. It’s the unbridled opportunity to rise, no matter where you come from. It’s the security that comes from creating peace through strength. We need a leader with the courage to speak the truth, no matter the consequences. We need a leader with the clarity to grow our economy, reform education, protect our borders, and strengthen our position on the world stage. I’ve taken on tough fights against radical islam and COVID-19 shutdowns. I’ve served our country in uniform and I’ve served this community as a physician for over 25 years. As a member of Congress, I will never back down from a fight for America or my community. I’m proud to be husband to Gada and father of three beautiful children.

Currently, I serve as Secretary of the Arizona Green Party. I am running for the Arizona Corporation Commission and as a Commissioner I will address some of the most compelling issues of our time:
• I will move to immediately sanction Arizona companies complicit in the US/Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people.
• To address the climate crisis…
• We will also sanction the mining companies destroying the Santa Rita’s, Oak Flat and other Native American sacred sites and polluting our groundwater.
• I will target agri-business companies’ waste of our scarce water resources in the middle of mega drought in the desert southwest.
• Companies exploiting people with high rental rates and evictions will be evaluated for fines and sanctions accordingly.
• We will identify energy companies that are slow-walking transition to renewable energy while promoting fossil fuels. They will face restrictions, fines and sanctions.
• Insurance companies will not be permitted to profit from human suffering. We will demand fair rates until we can implement universal healthcare.
• Weapons companies supplying the Democrats and the Republicans the tools for a permanent war economy and wars for empire bringing us every day closer to nuclear war will be sanctioned.

Everyone claims to be a conservative who wants to make Arizona and America great again. But while my opponents have been talking about what they hope to do, I've actually been doing the work, right here in Yavapai County. Balanced budgets, historic tax cuts, more money for schools and public safety, the nation's best school choice and Second Amendment protections, fighting to secure our borders and end the Biden Border Crisis, and protecting the unborn and families in need. As a former Secretary of State, now Vice Chair of the Senate Elections Committee, I play a lead role in legislation to improve election security and integrity, increase transparency, and give voters elections they can trust. I fix bills that won’t work and pass bills that do, like verifying that the number of eligible voters who cast ballots actually matches the number of ballots counted. I serve because we need EFFECTIVE conservatives in office. I’m running with experienced Representatives Selina Bliss and Quang Nguyen, very effective conservatives! I am not a politician looking for my next office – I am a small businessman who loves my community and state. I ask for your vote so I can keep fighting for you!

I am running for AZ Senate LD 1 with the Clean Slate for Democracy to take corruption out of politics. I want to strengthen traditional public schools and voter rights, the bedrock institutions of our democratic republic.
The three-decade defunding of Arizona’s public schools, which has placed us last in the US, must be reversed to achieve the following:
• A comprehensive solution for P-20 education, including increasing access and affordability of PreK and higher education.
• More resources going to schools to serve the students most in need (poverty/opportunity weight).
• Funding that solves our next fiscal challenges when federal COVID relief funds dry up in 2024 or the Prop 123 triggers activate.
• A long-term fix for the Aggregate Expenditure Limit.
• A significant investment in special education.
• Funding for full day kindergarten
• Raising teacher pay to a competitive level.
Efforts to place election outcomes in the hands of partisan groups must be stopped. Let’s empower voters so voting is easy and secure. We need to retain early voting.
To create an economy that works for all of us, Arizona needs a fair tax structure to prevent structural deficits and balance the tax burden equitably.

Reinventing the economy for the 21st century and lowering costs for Arizona families. Helping to shape and pass bipartisan laws will be a priority.
You have a second amendment right to bear arms. With rights though… must come responsibilities. Common sense gun laws can help keep our communities safe.
I respect your right, if you oppose abortion… so please respect each woman’s right to choose what is best for her own body and unique circumstances.
Securing Arizona’s border and fixing a broken immigration process. This includes investments in technology, staffing, and barriers where they make sense.
Ensure a sustainable water supply in Arizona. Solutions include upgrading infrastructure and improving water management and conservation strategies.

I work hard every day to keep my promises -- to be a strong voice for rural Arizona, to protect taxpayers and keep our budget balanced, to fight for secure borders and secure elections, to increase school funding and teacher pay, and to improve our transportation and water infrastructure. I've kept those promises and many others. As the only rancher in the legislature, I’m involved in lots of issues dealing with the ranching, agriculture, and farming communities in our state. I have a pro-Constitution, pro-family values, and pro-taxpayer voting record because I know that preserving and expanding freedom is my most solemn responsibility. My record is 100% pro-2nd Amendment, 100% pro-Life, and 100% pro-Taxpayer. And I continue to fight to ensure we get our share of funding for local priorities, often over the objections of Maricopa County legislators. There are too many politicians at the State Capitol and not enough of us regular folks who do the jobs that make Arizona work. I'll keep working to do the very best I can for you and I ask for your vote. On behalf of my awesome wife Diana and our amazing kids, thank you for your support and your continued trust!

As your legislator I’ve written laws that helped create jobs, supported our small businesses by cutting bureaucratic red tape, protected health coverage for Arizonans with preexisting conditions, directed more money into our kids’ classrooms, created the Teacher Academy at our universities, helped employees get wages rightfully owed, protected survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, confronted the opioid epidemic, shielded seniors from financial exploitation, promoted veteran-friendly college campuses, and increased savings for the state’s rainy-day fund (proving crucial during this pandemic). For these accomplishments I’ve won Guardian of Small Business, Champion of the Taxpayer, Friend of the Family, Open Government Leader awards and more. I even had the honor of being elected Arizona Speaker of the House, where I crafted fiscally responsible budgets and personally sponsored the largest education investment in state history, dramatically boosting teacher pay 20%. Today's historic health and economic challenges require someone with the right experience and a track record of success to navigate. That’s why I need your vote. Let me continue using my diverse background, which includes husband (to a registered nurse), father, professor and small business owner, with master's degrees in business and public administration, to keep delivering results for you.

As the 2021 National Legislator of the Year, a 100% rated constitutional conservative legislator, a champion of the family and taxpayers, an A+ defender of the Second Amendment, and fierce advocate for the freedom, opportunity, and prosperity that exists in Arizona, you can have confidence that I'll always fight for you.
At the Capitol I have been hard at work to secure our elections, cut taxes, help Arizona families struggling with inflation, protect children from sexually explicit materials in our schools, eliminate woke ideology throughout our government, defeat ESG, and much more.
I believe Arizona's best days are still to come, but it will take patriots stepping up to win the war of ideas and rein in our out of control government. I believe that together, standing firm in the Lord, we will preserve freedom for generations to come.
I’m proud to be running as a team with two incredible conservative Republicans, Jacqueline Parker and Neal Carter. I ask that you support all three of us. You get ONE vote for Senate and TWO votes for House. If you want a conservative team that works together to get great things done, please vote for HOFFMAN, PARKER, and CARTER for Legislature!

I’m proud to be your State Senator, and I never forget why I ran for office, or who I work for. I’ve worked to put an end to the liberal establishment running our state, and to make sure rural Arizona has a strong voice to stand up to the Maricopa County majorities that dominate our State Legislature. I’ve been named Champion of the Taxpayer, Friend of the Family, earned an A+ from the NRA, turned our state’s budget deficit into a surplus, and helped turn Arizona into the #1 pro-life state, #1 pro-2nd Amendment state, and #1 pro-school choice state in the country, all while cutting regulations and growing jobs! Your values are my values! I’ve served as Speaker of the House, giving Southern and rural Arizona real influence, and today, as the Senate Appropriations Chairman, that influence continues. My mission is the same – to give you, our district, and Arizona, my very best! I continue to fight for election integrity, secure borders, high-paying jobs, quality schools and school choice, taking care of our police and veterans, and more. I ask for your vote and thank you for the trust you've shown in me through the years. God bless!

Election Integrity, Medical Freedom, Border Security, Securing our Water, Agriculture Industry support, Parental Authority via School Choice, and ensuring the protection of our God given Constitutional Rights are at the top of my list of current issues. I am an actor and director who is passionate about culture serving community. I am a son of the American Revolution – with deep roots in Pennsylvania. I came to Arizona three decades ago as a Rust Belt refugee with Appalachian values: invest in the community, help others, question authority.
My favorite founding father said, “It is the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority.” I admired Benjamin Franklin for that quote and for advocating to abolish slavery in our original constitution.
My alma mater, Antioch College had the motto, “Be ashamed to die until you have won a victory for humanity”.
Winning victories for humanity and questioning authority are the values that underpin my work in the arts, where I believe it is necessary to be realistic ask for the impossible, and gently push people to new possibilities. My performance work inspires productive discussions and creates experiences and forums to engage, build, and sustain community.
Our legislature can be improved by learning to function like an ensemble theater with critical thinking and skillful listening. I want to renew the art of dialogue in our legislature and improve our quality of life. I look forward to serving you.

Howdy everyone! I have had the honor of serving in the Arizona House of Representatives for the past two years.
I've spent that time fighting against overreaching COVID mandates and supporting election integrity reforms. In 2021, I had more bills signed into law than any other first-year freshman in modern state history. I'm very proud I can be an effective Legislator for our district and I understand how to get the job done.
During my first term, I was the Vice Chairman of the Transportation Committee. Also, I was a member of the Commerce Committee and Health Committee. Those topics are all fascinating to me and you'd be surprised what comes our way in those committees. I've spent my entire career in public policy. I've worked a combined 12 years at two different state legislatures, including here in Arizona, where I was a policy staffer for the Republican Caucus. I also worked at Americans for Prosperity, a Conservative entity focused on lowering taxes, regulations and shrinking government wherever possible.
I'm running again to ensure our great state continues to be friendly for free markets and individual liberties! I look forward to earning your support.

Neither of us knew that we’d be dealing with a Democrat in the Governor’s office when you elected me to deliver on a bold conservative agenda. But you didn’t hire the kind of guy who makes excuses. So, instead, I found ways to get results. Whether it was helping deliver the first tax rebate in decades, getting major health freedom wins signed into law, attaching common-sense measures to secure our elections to must-pass legislation, or rolling up my sleeves to solve a water crisis in Rio Verde, we proved that hard work and creativity can advance Republican principles even in a challenging partisan environment. I’m running for re-election because my kids deserve to grow up in the Arizona I know and love. One where taxes and regulation are low, where parents, not bureaucrats, control their children’s education and where the government exists to guard your freedoms, not take them away. There’s still a lot more work to do and I’m not done fighting for you yet!

Since I was a child, I have always had an interest in politics. In 1988 I attended the Republican State Convention in Tacoma Washington. At that time, I wanted to run for office, but raising a family took precedence. I believe God and Family should be first in every decision we make. Now that my children are grown, and it's just my wife and I, she encouraged me to run for office, since LD6 needs Republican representation. My issues are listed below.
I would like to promote trade schools in the region. We need to supply the tools for the people so the people could build stronger communities. We live in a rural area and trade schools are more realistic for the jobs in rural Arizona.
I believe small business is the backbone of America. We need to support and strengthen small business in our communities.
I have always valued life & believe life begins at conception. I am a pro life/pro family candidate that is committed to doing what it takes to protect families.
I am a strong advocate for the 2nd amendment.
I would appreciate your prayer & support.

For ten years as your public servant elected to the Arizona Legislature, I have fought to restore integrity and accountability in government. Having grown up in poverty with a single mother, I know that individual success is built on a shared investment in public education, infrastructure, health, economic stability, housing, and safety. Now as a new father, I know firsthand how important it is that we end the political and economic inequalities that punish many Arizonans by denying opportunities to better the future of their children. I received my associate's from Phoenix College, bachelor's from ASU, and am pursuing a Master's in Public Administration. Previously, I managed AZ Community Voice Mail, a nonprofit where I connected thousands living in poverty, transition, and homelessness to jobs, housing, information, and hope. I also served on the Tempe Community Council. I recently was a substitute teacher for Tempe & Mesa high schools and co-instructor at Phoenix College.
The number one barrier to progress for all at the Capitol is the influence of big money in elections. Money shouldn’t determine how legislators vote. I am running for re-election as a part of your publicly-funded Clean Elections Team with support from voters like you.

I am a physician and proud fourth generation Arizonan. I am happily married to my wife Denise and have three children and eight wonderful grandchildren. Denise and I believe in service and have worked extensively with several local charities. In addition, we have volunteered numerous times for medical missions in the third world, treating children with severe Orthopedic disabilities. I'm a lifelong republican and ready to drain the Arizona swamp. I'll fight to end illegal immigration and prohibit taxpayer-funded benefits for those here illegally. I'll secure our elections, so it is easy to vote but impossible to cheat. I'll keep taxes and regulations low so our economy can thrive. I'll support school choice and parental right and work to abolish CRT, DEI and protect women's sports. I'll improve our healthcare systems. I'm prepared to stand up against government bureaucrats trying to impose unconstitutional and ineffective medical mandates. I ran a successful medical practice for decades and know that government is too large, too burdensome, and too expensive. Restoring our liberties means making government smaller and returning to our constitutional roots. This includes free speech and the right to bear arms. I'm ready to roll and ask for your support.

Statement:
First elected to the House of Representatives in 2010 on a platform of smaller government, lower taxes, and more freedom, Olson exemplifies what it means to be a citizen legislator. Unlike the career politicians who often become out-of-touch with needs and concerns of their constituents, Olson has always held full-time employment in the private sector while serving his constituents as a lawmaker.
Working in a demanding career as a tax analyst has kept Olson grounded in the day-to-day realities of earning a paycheck, putting food on the table and working within the laws that misguided politicians too often create. This perspective has led Olson to successfully advocate legislation to decrease the burden that government places on families, small businesses and individuals.
Olson’s commitment to conservative principles has led nearly every conservative organization in Arizona to rate him as one of the very best of the state’s legislators. Those recognitions include “Champion of the Taxpayer” by American’s for Prosperity, an “A” rating by the National Rifle Association, and a “Champion of Small Business” by the National Federation of Independent Business.
Justin is a lifelong resident of Mesa where he and his wife, Karyn, are currently raising their children.

My life journey took me from the heart of South Phoenix to Washington DC where I studied Global Economics. I know how to work with community leaders and find solutions to community issues. Recently, I have focused on:
- Teachers need affordable housing. I co-established Teacher Town, an affordable housing initiative in South Phoenix for teachers.
- Our children deserve safe neighborhoods. I worked with my neighborhood to remove a biker bar that brought drugs and violence within 500 feet of
our school.
- We are a global society. I co-founded the Academy of the Americas, a program that takes students from our community to other countries to discuss
innovative solutions with leaders in education, politics, and business.

I'm a U.S. Army Veteran, Scientist and Mom.
I see the world of opportunity for our children getting smaller: from access to education, making their own family planning and healthcare decisions, the environment they will inherit, and whether they will have a voice in their democracy.
Arizonans deserve a better future. I want to expand the choices and opportunities for Arizonans. As a mother, I think a lot about the legacy we are leaving to our children. Politicians rarely seem to consider what the long-term ramifications their policies will have on subsequent generations. We are the stewards of their future.
I fought for our country, our freedoms, and our future. Our country is currently divided and that doesn’t help Arizona families. The government needs to work for us again. “We the people” needs to mean something once more. We need to bring common sense back into government, to focus more on issues that bring us together, less on what divides us, and a return to fiscal responsibility that can still meet the needs of Arizona's working families.
That’s the example we need to set for future generations!

District 14 needs a proven Conservative voice to fight for us at the Capitol. Our country has gone through a dark and seismic shift under Biden. Too many elected officials have put power and radical agendas ahead of We the People. The impact of the open border crisis can no longer be sustained. 2024 can be the turnaround year for our state and country, but we must act swiftly, boldly and decisively. Leadership doesn't start in Washington, it starts locally, with courageous concerned citizens. I'm not a politician. I'm a wife, mom, and unapologetic conservative. I love this community more than words can explain. My children were born here and Nate and I have made Gilbert home for nearly twenty years. I have run a business, served in our community and fought tirelessly for education reform. I'm running to be the bold conservative voice our community desperately needs. I will fight to secure our border and our elections, put our families first, fight for education outcomes and options, protect Arizona’s water future, stand up for small businesses, and prioritize public safety. Trust me with your vote and I'll be your voice in the Capitol to make Arizona great again!

Remember how it used to be just a few short years ago?
Arizona families didn’t have to worry about the price of groceries or gas prices.
Under President Trump’s leadership, Arizona was thriving. We had record-low unemployment, and our communities were safer than ever before.
Today, Arizona is in free-fall. Like the rest of the nation, we are facing a rapid decline.
The family unit is being torn apart, violent crime is rising, our police are being vilified, and government bureaucrats are controlling virtually every aspect of our lives, all while career politicians sit idly by, letting it happen.
Like you, I believe in the promise of Arizona and I'm willing to fight for it.
That's why I'm running for the Arizona State Legislature - because Arizona families need a fighter.
I will represent We The People, not the powerful. I will make America First a priority, not just a campaign talking point.
That means ending illegal immigration, protecting the integrity of our elections, fighting for our shared conservative values, and keeping Washington out of our lives.
My name is Michael Way. I'm running to be your Republican representative in District 15, because Arizona families are worth fighting for.

Arizona must address immigration reform and push congress to find common sense, legal and humane solutions to a decades old problem.
I am in concert with the founding fathers and believe in separation of church and state. I believe in science and the threat of climate change to our planet

Gregg Frostrom grew up in a small town in rural Maryland. Gregg’s ambition to see the world led him to join the US Army in 1995 and begin a career in Military Intelligence. Two years later he arrived at Fort Huachuca, AZ and fell in love with the sky and stars of Southern Arizona. Gregg returned to Fort Huachuca three more times through his 23 year Army career that included combat deployments to Afghanistan and peacekeeping duties in Kosovo. Gregg retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Four in 2018 to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical research industry. He and his wife, Caroline, have made Arizona their home with their children, Rebecca, Matthew and Ridley. Gregg has a B.A. in Intelligence Studies from American Military University and an MBA from the University of Arizona.
As former president of the College Republicans of Salisbury University, Gregg left the GOP in the mid-2000s when he recognized that his old party’s values were shifting towards populism and xenophobia. He still has small town values he was raised with and believes that government should serve the people of LD19 by ensuring better rural healthcare, protecting our water resources and supporting local public schools.

As a lifelong resident of Pima County and a third-generation Tucsonan, I understand the needs and concerns of the people in my district. With 25 years in public service managing affordable housing and community development programs, I am dedicated and ready to represent and serve LD 20 and Arizona. My expertise in housing enables me to work on equitable housing solutions for all. I have served on several boards and commissions that focus on the well-being and culture of Southern Arizona. In April 2020, during my tenure on the Pima County Board of Supervisors amid the pandemic, I recognized the critical need for a well-funded and equipped public health department. I’ll ensure they have what is needed and the authority to do their job. I will advocate and protect our LGBTQ+ rights and women’s and transgender reproductive healthcare freedom. I am dedicated to championing legislation to protect and improve our water, air quality, and natural spaces and resources. I will support public education to ensure our schools are fully funded, safe, and well-maintained. I will work on solution-based policies that will make it better for everyone. My qualifications and experience make me well-prepared to represent LD 20 effectively.

Born and raised in Arizona, it is a privilege to call the beautiful city of Yuma my home. I am a single, working mother and I dedicate my free-time to volunteering for local school programs and community causes. I ran for office to address concerns over the current state of our economy, the needs of our rural community, our kid’s education, and the safety of our neighborhoods. As a mother, I am committed to fighting to bring change that will improve our quality of life and create a bright future for our children.
As your State Representative, I have invested in law enforcement to keep our streets safe, increased penalties on drug dealers and human smugglers, and stood up for rural Arizona. We have to protect our water and it is critical to maintain local control over our natural resources. I am proud to represent the great District 23, and I do it with love for our neighbors and country. I believe we can achieve more by working together, like balancing our budget, standing up for small businesses, and providing resources to our first responders. Learn more at MichelePena.com

Lydia Hernandez is the daughter of migrant farmworkers, born in South Texas. Her resilient path began at a young age as a migrant coupled with her parents' insistence on the importance of education are the key components that created Lydia’s hunger for knowledge.
She is a graduate of Baylor University. In Arizona, (1993), she grew into a leadership role with Valley Interfaith Project as a grassroots leader, organizing public actions.
Her involvement & leadership led to the birth of the Arizona Coalition for Immigrant Rights, an effort to civically engage families in public discourse which ultimately culminated in the massive marches that encouraged over 300,000 families to advocate for immigrant rights. This exposed Arizona nationally, and for the first time, our state was engaged in the conversation with national groups regarding training, civic engagement, citizen workshops, voter registration, and get-out-the-vote efforts.
Currently, Mrs. Hernandez serves on the Cartwright School District Governing Board #83 where she has served since 2003. In 2010, under her leadership, turned the District academically around.
Mrs. Hernandez is a former State Legislator for LD29 with over 30 years of experience in public service! EDUCATION! JOBS! HOUSING! HEALTH CARE! BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL!

As a lifelong Arizonan, I'm deeply committed to building a brighter future for Arizona. I've seen firsthand the challenges our communities face, from inadequate access to healthcare to underfunded schools. That's why I'm running—to fight for the issues that matter most to Arizonans.
Worker's rights are at the core of my platform. I believe in dismantling "right-to-work" laws and advocating for fair wages and safe workplaces for all. I believe in the power of unionizing, and will advocate to strengthen our right to do so.
I'm a staunch supporter of reproductive freedom. Everyone should have the right to make their own healthcare decisions without interference from politicians. It’s essential that we protect the right to abortion, and expand access for all.
As a current school board member and therapist for children with autism, I understand the importance of investing in our public education system. I'm committed to ensuring that every child in Arizona has access to a quality public education, regardless of their background or zip code.
With your support, I will be a strong voice for change in the Arizona State House. Together, we will create a more equitable and prosperous future for all Arizonans. Vote Hector Jaramillo!

I’ve just finished my first term and I can tell you that the battles being fought at the national level between left and right are very real at the state level too. I promised you I’d be a strong conservative voice and I kept my word. I defend the taxpayers, fight for election integrity, vote for school choice, and fight to end illegal immigration. I’ve written bills to secure our elections and provide real transparency and accountability. I’ve voted for efforts to secure our borders in the face of this unreal Biden Border Crisis. I’ve championed agriculture issues for Yuma and the West Valley in Maricopa County, and Arizona’s long-term water future. And I’ve battled the left on a host of issues ranging from taxes to public safety to protecting girl’s locker rooms to school choice to fighting for your medical freedom. I’m grateful for the support I’ve gotten from veterans, cops, doctors and more, and I’ll keep fighting the swamp right here in Arizona. As Chairman of our local district GOP I worked hard to re-elect President Trump, Congressman Gosar, and others, and I’m doing the same today as your Representative. Together, we will do great things for Arizona!

I’m a lifelong Republican who was raised in a conservative Christian military family, which helps explain my commitment to America’s founding values. I’m a small business owner and have experience in food safety, soil, water treatment and water conservation in agriculture through my AWC coursework and the Yuma Safe Produce Council. I also have PSA Grower, Pre-Season, and Pre-Harvest Certificates. All of which gives me valuable expertise in agricultural issues that matter to our district. Most candidates talk about election integrity, but I’m the only candidate who has documented and recorded multiple acts of ballot harvesting, forgery, and intent to commit fraud --leading to Arizona's first indictment and felony convictions for election fraud. In fact, my work was shown in Dinesh D’Souza’s “2000 Mules” movie. I’m running to serve the greater good and have a strong proven grassroots record as an bilingual Precinct Committeeman, State Committeeman, State Delegate and Member-at-Large for the AZ Republican Party. I’m a longtime advocate for law-enforcement, first responders, military members and our Second Amendment rights. With your vote, I’ll focus on critical issues including border security, election integrity, veterans, law enforcement, water conservation, agriculture, infrastructure, medical freedom (no vaccine mandates!), housing, jobs, and religious freedom.

Though I have long been politically conservative, I had little interest in running for office before 2020. But then the Air Force unsuccessfully tried to kick me out after a stellar 19-year career, simply for refusing an emergency-use COVID-19 vaccine I was not legally required to take. That experience, combined with overt tyrannical actions of countless “leaders” nationwide, convinced me that quietly transitioning into civilian life after the military was not in the cards.
Since then, I have made dozens of media appearances and worked with Congressmen Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan and Thomas Massie to find redress for thousands of servicemembers unjustly impacted by vaccine mandates. The experience has shown me how much we need courageous political leaders who are unafraid to stand against a popular tide of tyranny — not just about medical freedom, but also border security, gun rights, gender confusion, free speech, water issues, election integrity, the unborn and so many others.
I am asking for your vote as the only veteran running in Legislative District 25 for state representative. I was willing to risk losing everything during COVID for what I knew was right — and I’ll keep doing the same as your elected Official.

I have lived in the West Valley as a retiree from Washington State for 5 and half years. My career was spent in the mechanical commercial industrial trades. Having built a stable business from scratch & buying into another, I weathered economic storms, shouldered tremendous responsibilities, lead, managed & volunteered my time in the community & on Executive Boards negotiating labor contracts for unions as well as employers. Those 40+ years produced experience & wisdom that greatly translates to the skills needed as a representative OF THE PEOPLE of LD25 and the state of AZ. I am unafraid to be a bold conservative force that leads with common sense. My goal is to be THE most accountable, accessible, responsive representative LD25 has ever known - devoting FULL TIME focus to the duties thereof; not using this position as a stepping stone to higher political aspirations.

I’m a lifelong conservative Republican who has spent years on the front lines. That’s why I was asked to run and why I’m eager to work with other Legislators to meet Arizona’s challenges. Start with obvious stuff like fighting illegal immigration, improving our economy, and trying to bring down high inflation rates, prices on gas and food, and housing costs. We need to continue cleaning up our election process so that every voter can trust the results, no matter who wins. We need to protect school choice from liberal efforts to shut down Arizona's amazing charter schools and ESAs. We need to support our law enforcement and fight the scourge of fentanyl that is killing hundreds of thousands of Americans each year. Then we get into other critical issues like health care, infrastructure, long term water planning, agriculture, looking after our veterans, and an abundant energy supply. I'm running with Kevin Payne and Tony Rivero and we will work as a team.

When I ran for office, I promised to put taxpayers and families first, and I’ve done exactly that. Every candidate claims to support conservative ideas, but I have an actual 100% VOTING RECORD for secure elections, a strong border (including a border wall), and an end to illegal immigration. I have a 100% pro-life and pro-2nd Amendment record. I’ve earned the “Friend of the Family” and “Hero of the Taxpayer” awards and have led on education funding and teacher pay increases. The Wuhan virus hurt our economy but today, Arizona is the fastest recovered state in the country thanks to our low tax and regulatory burden, and a pro-growth environment that keeps government out of the way and lets the free market do its thing. Leo Biasiucci was born and raised in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and has been an Arizona resident for over 30 years. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The University of Arizona, Leo came back to Lake Havasu to help run the family business.
In 2016, Leo decided that he was ready to give back to his community. He became an active member of The Lake Havasu Men’s Republican Club, The Conservative Republican Club, The Kingman Republican Forum, and he is also an appointed Republican PC. He is a proud member of the NRA and was previously on the Lake Havasu Parks and Recreation Board, and on the Lake Havasu Planning and Zoning Commission.
After spending numerous days attending legislative sessions in Phoenix, Leo ran for a seat in the Arizona House of Representatives and was elected in 2018. He is currently the House Majority Whip and passed two monumental bills in only his 2nd term. His bill, HB2111, made Arizona a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State and HB2889 made all child sex crimes mandatory sentences and added life in prison.
